Alberobello Monopoli and Polignano A Mare Puglia Tour

Description
This private experience is designed for those who prefer quality over speed. Instead of rushing through multiple stops, you’ll explore each location at a natural pace, with the flexibility to adapt the itinerary to your interests. What makes this tour different is the balance between structure and freedom: you benefit from a carefully planned route, but without the rigid timing of group tours. You can take more time where it matters, skip what doesn’t interest you, and experience each place in a more personal and relaxed way. With dedicated transport and a small, private setting, the journey becomes quieter, smoother, and far more immersive—closer to traveling with a local than joining a standard tour.

I arrived at 9:15 am. No one showed up until 10:15 am and told me there was no tour because the city would not allow a van or bus to enter the area of their office. He was not sorry and it took me another hour of waiting around for him to give me a partial refund. Horrible and it was my last day in Bari and too late to book another full day tour of surrounding cities. DO NOT BOOK with this company!
I'm really sorry for your bad experience with us as much as we were not responsable for the closing street done by the police that day.. Honestly i find unfair your complaining about the refund that on truth was immediately delivered to you by cash and also including the fee that were paid to this market place. As you are writing here you also tried to manipulate people were waiting for the scooter in order to get mad of us, and if i understood you at that moment of disappointment honestly i find sick your way to not understand what really happened that day.. and really false that we did not apologize to you since i did it several times personally but you were busy to complain about us with our customers that were just waiting for our other services. Anyway as that day i apologize again to you.
