Airport Transfer to/from Anywhere

Colombo city tour is excellent... Tharaka was excellent guide And car maintain driver...we are very very happy with his guidance to over all see the city 🏙️...

They were a no show. I was on a somewhat tight timeline and so booked these folks to be sure I’d make it to my appointment. I was late because they didn’t show. I communicated beforehand, and upon landing. Waited an hour and no one showed up, despite talking to them and them promising to come several times and trying to coordinate. I appreciate they were polite and refunded my money, but I cannot recommend because they didn’t show up at all.

Very easy booking process, emailed them to double check timings as some of the confirmation came in a different time zone but they quickly replied. My first time in Sri Lanka and I allowed over an hour from wheels down to the time I booked the pickup based on experiences at other airports. They must have known it is a simple exit as sure enough the driver was waiting there when I walked out 30 minutes earlier than booked. He kindly helped me to get a local SIM card and made sure it worked before we left. Made a brief stop to buy me some water for the journey and set off for Colombo. Very comfortable car with air conditioning. Pointed out some landmarks on the way. I was tired after my journey but I'm sure he would give far more information if asked to. Helped me with the luggage into the hotel and even returned a few minutes later realising I had left my scarf on the back seat. Highly recommend for an easy transfer after a long flight!

A very reliable company, wanted to take the stress out of arriving in Colombo so was happy to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel. A basic transfer service but on time, friendly driver and the easiest way to arrive.

<p>Overall, I had a relatively positive experience with this company. Upon arriving to Colombo, I was unable to locate my driver. I stood around for about 20-30 minutes waiting for him, but he never showed up. Thankfully I had the contact information of the supervisor who was very attentive to my needs. When he didn't hear from the initial driver, he found another driver to take me to my hotel. He was extremely kind and helpful.</p> <p>I used the same car service for a private tour of the city. While the driver did not speak English that well, he was very attentive and patient with me as I visited several museums and shops. He also had a positive disposition. </p> <p>While the day did not start off the way that I planned, I was very pleased by the responsiveness of the manager and his professional staff. In the future, there is needs to be better communication among him and his staff though. </p> <p>In the future, I would more than likely use the company assuming that the issue around communication would be addressed. Thanks!</p>

<p>Mr Muhammad took us from Airport and guided us very well. His way of coaching about Colombo was excellent. Secondly Mr Muhammad style of speaking English was excellent. <br/> I will surely come again for long holidays in colombo and I wish Mr Muhammad will again be with us . I did questioning whole way from Mr Muhammad about Colombo and I was expecting he will angry soon but Mr Muhammad remain very happy and answered my all questions in a very excellent way.</p>

<p>My Driver Godfrey was just brilliant. He did such a wonderful job on the airport to hotel transfer telling me about the island, its history and main features that I booked him for two more tours. He was so knowledgeable and a great tour guide. <br/> Would recommend him to everyone.</p>
