Once ride was confirmed it was a good experience. Local operator did not receive notice of the trip arranged through Viator so I had to track the operator down using a person's phone from the hotel I was staying at. Also, 3 messages sent via the Viator app were not replied to prior to our arrival.
The driver was great and very punctual, assisted me with my luggage in a friendly manner. Had A good knowledge on the routes so it was hassle free. The vehicle was well maintained & comfortable. The vehicle had all the amenities. Will highly recommend the service and book my return transfers as well. Really appreciate the service rendered to me!
