THERE ARE TWO (2) OPTION HERE IF TRAVELERS JUST BOOK OUR AIRPORT PICKUP WE ONLY PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT AND DROP YOU OFF AT YOUR HOTEL THIS IS NOT A TWO WAY TRANSFER UNLESS YOU BOOK IT OR PAY SEPARATELY. TO EXPERIENCE TWO WAY TRANSFER TRAVELERS MUST BOOK BOTH OPTION!! Traveler will be ease in mind when our driver will be standby 5minutes before pick up time (Notify Us Your Flight Detail) and will be travelling to the airport with a SUV / MPV 6 seater vehicle and the car are spacious, comfortable and can accomodate up to 4 people with 4 Cargo size bag and 3 Cabin bag. All prices are inclusive toll and petrol and our driver is highly motivated, reliable and trust able. Hassle free as the driver will be on time and the car is fully insured and legal operated taxi in Kuala Lumpur.

THE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS IS BASED ON WHAT TRAVELERS BOOK AND IF TRAVELERS BOOK FOR A PICKUP WE ONLY PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT IT'S NOT TWO WAY TRIP UNLESS YOU BOOK BOTH PICKUP AND DEPARTURE. Airport Pickup: We pickup travelers at Airport and travelers will be greet by our Meet & Greet Team at the arrival hall and we will drop off travelers at their hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Please notify us your flight time and flight number. OR Airport Departure or Drop Off: We pick up travelers at their hotel in within 15km Radius in Kuala Lumpur and will drop off travelers at KLIA or KLIA 2 Please notify us your hotel name and location. NOTE: For airport drop off pickup will be 3 hours before your flight times. The instructions is based on your booking and if you just book for the airport pickup we only pick you up from the airport and departure or pickup from hotel to airport will be charge seperately.

I booked my transportation from the airport Kayla Lumpur, Malaysia, however I never received any contact calls or emails regarding the pickup and I couldn’t teach the transportation company. It was a no show .
had booked through tripadvisor a airport pickup. had sent msg the day before and even before departure. when arriving at KUL nobody was there. i called, was told 30 minutes. This is not what I booked. Taxi and refund was smooth. Upsetting that I lost time booking and at the airport.
Jef brought us back from Taman Negara to Kuala Lumpur and brought us the day after to the airport. We had to be early at the airport and he came exactly on time. Very friendly and save driver! Highly recommend
He was watching our arrival at the airport. And we communicate by wapp for the meeting point. It was punctual, cordial and very friendly driver Jeff. I would recommend it!
Driver did not show for airport pickup. Was not able to contact company by phone or text for assistance. No reply regarding refund request as yet.
The transfers at this airport are well arranged, it is clear where to go and how to get there.

The driver Hazman was there to pick me up from airport. He was very nice to talk to, took about 1 hour to reach hotel but the journey was fine. Well done everyone.
