After we had already ordered the airport taxi in Germany, the contact was made directly on WhatsApp. Communication in English went smoothly. On the outbound flight we had missed our connecting flight due to technical problems. We were able to exchange the necessary information super quickly and flexibly and a new time was agreed. The pickup was extremely friendly and the driver drove us to the hotel without any complaints. The car also had air conditioning.(The drive went just under two and half hours) Highly recommended!

We spoke to Mack travels for airport transfer. The drives were timely, courteous and first and foremost careful drivers. We informed them that we were bringing surfboards, and they used a big minivan. This was ok, but the boards were inside the car making it abit cramped. I wish they had roof railings, but we do not think it is common in Sri Lanka. It would feel safer than to have them in the car with us.
