Booking was canceled shortly before our arrival without explanation. Left our family of 4 scrambling for alternative last minute transportation. Not a pleasant experience. Never had this happen thru Viator before. Refund was made a full week later.

Even though the booking was for 4 adults with 8 pieces of luggage (which exceeds the capacity of a Sedan), we dispatched an SUV to meet you at the agreed location, LATAM Section C. Since no one arrived, we have already requested TripAdvisor to process your full refund immediately. Our WhatsApp support is available 24/7; had you contacted us, we would have ensured your transportation. Our customers are our priority, and we take pride in never leaving anyone without assistance.
