PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RATES ONLY OCCUR FOR TRANSFER FROM AMS AIRPORT TO AMSTERDAM OR RETURN. ONE BOOKING IS A ONE WAY TRANSFER (NOT RETURN). An airport or port pick-up will go as followed: We will keep track of the flight or boat so you or your guests do not have to worry about the pickup time. Please note that your chauffeur will wait at the meeting point (inside the Airport plaza or Port terminal) with a name sign (iPad with preferred logo and/or their name on it). Your chauffeur will contact the guests after arrival by sending them a message or call them to inform where they will meet (if phone numbers are provided). If the chauffeur cannot be located or found please call our emergency number. Our cancelation fee: > 72 hours: no charge < 72 hours > 24 hours: 25% of total cost < 24 hours: 50% of total cost < 12 hours: 100% of total cost

Complaint: Defective seat and monitor in business class We had a flight with 5 people in business class from Vancouver to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, my son's seat was completely defective and not functional. Despite the efforts of the friendly flight attendants, the problem could not be fixed. My son and I were unable to sleep as a result. In addition, the monitor was also defective and the frame kept popping out. Unusable and disturbing. The course had cost 1,000 € + 50,000 miles. As a "compensation" we received a bottle of champagne and were promised 8,000 miles, which does not come close to the inconvenience caused. We expect an appropriate response and compensation from Lufthansa, but have waited in vain for a response so far. We hope Lufthansa will take our complaint seriously and offer a fair solution.

These guys are BRILLIANT!! They are professional, prompt and communicative.
