Driver picked us up at the airport and we had a smooth ride to the Atlantis resort. Driver was very polite, courteous and helpful.

Shuttle service was great! You’re greeted by a text to inform them when you’ve passed customs. Once confirmed, a follow up text has the name of your driver, make/model of the vehicle and the license plate number to look out for prior to their arrival. We got Tony who picked up us from the airport. He was perfect! As we made our way to our hotel, he gave us some history of the town, where to eat, (FISH FRY) and all the great things it has to offer. Even offered to run us to the store before getting to the hotel!Very serviceable. On the RETURN side, it was great as well! The service gave us 3 hours before our flight to get to the airport, check in and pass customs. Hotel pick-up to the airport was smooth! We were lucky to have Demarco and he made sure the ride there was accommodated. He asked about our stay, what we were able to do, asked if the weather in the vehicle was up to our standards, asked if the music was okay and helped unload us at the airport. Definitely recommend this round trip service!
DeMarcko was a delightful, dependable, reliable, and safe driver. He was great at communicating with me. He was right on time with our arrival. He drove all 5 of us to the resort and then came back on 2 separate occasions as we were all returning separately. It was great to know that we didn't have to worry about our transportation. I have his number saved and will use him again and again! He's got a great personality and was a pleasure to speak with. Great guy - clean car and reliable.

AMAZING experience. Our flight was delayed and they waited over 1 hour for us to get out of customs. They were super nice and accommodating. They even gave us a short tour of the Bahamas on the way to the hotel. The pick up was just as seamless. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend anyone traveling to the Bahamas to book with them. You won't be disappointed!!

Very responsive and reliable service. Great private modern luxury car and smooth transportation. Return trip pick up was late 15 min. but other than that everything else was great.

We booked a round trip airport transfers with 1K Private Transportation after reading some stellar reviews online, we are so glad that we did. Our flight from LGA was delayed and there were long immigration lines that took us an hour to go past. We were certain that Demarco would have considered us as no show. But, to our surprise he was still waiting and ready to take us to our hotel. During our ride to the hotel, Demarco gave us the lay of the land, some great places to eat and places to visit. He had some great recommendations that we absolutely fell in love with, like the Sky Juice, Sonia's Jerk chicken at the Fish Fry, among other things. On our return, Demarco arrived at our hotel on time and dropped us to the airport. The whole experience was great and Demarco was terrific! Will book with him again.
