In general it was a bit short, but a good experience. The boat was clean, the crew was very professional and in general it was good.
The treatment from the employees was very good; they changed my schedule and boat, and there were no beers, so the offer was not the same; nonetheless, we had a good time.
Our tour plans changed due to guest count, and we ended up sailing on Tobias with Al Este Tours & Experiences for a half-day trip. The crew was great—friendly and attentive throughout. One thing to note: everyone had to be barefoot onboard (no swim shoes or flip-flops allowed). The food was satisfying, and the drinks were solid. For snorkeling, the equipment didn’t feel very secure for non-swimmers, and the crew didn’t join us in the water like I’ve experienced on tours in other countries, which might be something to keep in mind if you’re less confident in the water. Icacos Island itself was beautiful and relaxing, though it did get a bit crowded with multiple tours docking at the same time. Overall, still a good experience with a few things to be aware of depending on your expectations!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the crew, food, drinks, and your visit to beautiful Icacos Island. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the snorkeling experience and onboard policies. Guest safety is always our priority, and our crew continuously monitors guests from the boat and water areas throughout the excursion. Thank you again for joining us and for sharing your thoughtful comments.
