** Proceed to UMBRELLA #10 to meet your Chauffeur. WE PICKUP/DROPOFF TRAVELERS FROM ANY RESORT OR LOCATION- Upon your arrival at SJD (San José del Cabo Airport), a smooth and comfortable journey awaits you. 1. Meeting Point: After collecting your luggage, clearing customs, please proceed to umbrella #10 in the arrivals area. You will also be provided full details VIA text message to the phone number on your booking upon your arrival. 2. Important NOTE: After clearing customs, you will proceed through a set of glass doors. Within this corridor there will be TIMESHARE and other SALES PEOPLE. You are NOT obligated to stop unless you would like information regarding timeshares. 3. Identification: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you there. You will recognize him by the sign he will be holding, which will have your name along with the Baja Sur VIP company information clearly displayed. This makes it easy for you to spot your designated driver. 4. Destination: We will ensure a comfortable drive from the airport to your specified destination, whether it be a hotel, resort, or villa in Cabo San Lucas or San Jose. 5. Vehicle Comfort: Enjoy a relaxing ride in our climate-controlled vehicles, equipped with complimentary beverages for your refreshment. No one ever showed up to get us. After an hour we had to take a taxi to our resort which ended up being terrible. I would highly not recommend this company.
Hi there, Please accept our most sincere apology. When you are booking last minute through a 3rd party company sometimes we do not recieve the booking through the API software and that is what happened in your case. I hope that your vacations end up much better than it started. Apologies x100
VIP is easy to schedule and communicate with for where and when to meet. Our local contact Pablo and driver Luis were friendly and accommodating to our group. Luis was especially informative about restaurants and grocery stores. He was fun to chat with and refreshing beverages were provided as indicated. We highly recommend VIP Transportation.

Excellent Service! Our plane arrived late and the operator was waiting. Especially the operator Jesus (Obama) makes you feel very confident, offers you cold drinks, the impeccable transport unit and on the way to the hotel is explaining everything you are encountering along the way. All right. A little more communication is lacking, thinking about the delay of the flight I could not find the way to communicate to know if they were still waiting for us, it is a small point against which I think they must improve. Everything else excellent!

Very accommodating. Our flight was delayed then changed. We were a few hours late and driver had left thinking we were a no-show. Called and they immediately got us a driver quickly.

Ceaser the driver was amazing got us to hotel quickly and safe T.he wait was a little after landing in normal but once I called they had someone there in no time overall great experience.
