8 Days Mount Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route

Asraji and team were excellent. They provided the vital support we needed to complete the challenge sucessfully. I’ll highly recommend Kilimanjaro Umoja tours for anyone who wants to complete the Kilimanjaro challenge.

Many thanks to the entire team of Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours for our oct 2025 Kilimanjaro climb! We really enjoyed everything! Not only did we receive the most comprehensive answers to all our questions, but also Roster josphat, the manager of Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours, shared immensely useful advice and recommendations with us. Exaggerations aside, our climbing team was by far the most professional on the Mount. Our porters were very friendly, sociable and hardworking – while the porters of the other climbers on the Mount were hanging out, smoking and talking, ours were running tirelessly, making their best to erect the camp before our arrival. Our chef Mando tried hard to please us with his cooking skills. The performance of our chief guides Elia and Haruni– was above all our expectations. They listened to all our requests attentively, and always made sure that our wishes are taken into consideration by the rest of the team. They even organized delivery of freshly ground coffee to one of the highest camps!!! Overall, as our guide Elia said at the end of the expedition, we were one large family. Thanks to Zuberi, Michael, miraji and Elia! We will all miss you so much!

Excellent service from Kilimanjaro umoja tours- would definitely recommend the company to everyone embracing on the adventrure. We ended up going as a couple instead of a group due to change of circumstances. But we had 12 people going with us!! 2 guides and 10 porters. Everything was taken care of: accommodation, plenty of food and water including fruits, regular health checks twice a day. Separate appreciation to the guides - excellent support and fun - wouldn't make it to the top without them. We reached the summit and managed to get safe back. So, would review Kilimanjaro umoja tour as a totally trustable company with excellent service.

What a week! I thoroughly enjoyed my eight-day Lemosho trip with Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours. From the beginning to the end, everyone was fantastic and kept us laughing, smiling, and—most importantly—well-fed. To be honest, we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with, and everyone made a special effort to take care of us and treat us like family. An amazing encounter with the most amazing individuals. They won't let you down, thus I would highly suggest this walk to anyone considering it! Again, thank you so much, everyone. Hakuna Matata!

We made a reservation for the Eight-day Lemosho Route with Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours. From beginning to end, our interaction with the operator was positive, educational, and full of useful hints and guidance. We were a group of 15 climbers, and the true heroes of our journey were our porters and hiking crew, who were simply incredible. We were treated like "royalty" the entire time, and their expertise and experience were invaluable. They went above and beyond our expectations, working tirelessly to make our climb truly unforgettable. Based on my experience, I would give them a score of 20 out of 20 in every category; a 5-star rating doesn't do them justice. Reaching the summit was the "icing on the cake." A special thanks to our amazing guides, Jamali and Frank, for their outstanding leadership, motivation, and care throughout the entire trek. The support and aid we received during the journey were truly priceless. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DREAM A REALITY.

We had a group of 13 people did the Lemosho route 8 days with Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours team. Before we arrived at Moshi, Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours team was always patiently answering our queries online (always quick response) which helped us to do the preparation. Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours team also checked whether we had sufficient gears before we started climbing and provided free gears for us when needed. Then we’ve been assigned with the best supporting team to climb the mountain. Our guides Godfrey and Jamali were also really experienced and always taking care of us when we were walking. We definitely could not make it to the top without them (also joking with each other all the time haha). Then the chef Elia, who has many years’ experiences working in hotel, provided beyond our expectation meals everyday to us on the mountain The whole trekking was an experience which we will remember for the whole life. And Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours team are definitely the most important part in our memories (everyone cried when leaving on Day 8 haha). Fully recommending Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours to all of you who wanted to climb Kili!
