Hamadi gave us a memorable trip to Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks. It was our first time in Tanzania and he made sure all was taken care of- sent itinerary so we knew what to expect, communicated efficiently. His landcruiser was comfortable and we had a knowledgeable driver guide. We loved our camps and lodges as well! We also to have Hamadi with us and he’s such a pleasant man! My family enjoyed the trip.
I really enjoyed seeing the unsually large herd of Elephants. Also I was lucky to see the big 5. The tour guide was quite informative and understood his bearing in the park. The van was comfortable and the food was excellent. I was very happy with the safari.
Considering this was my bucket list trip I am truly disappointed. Food everyday was disappointing. Driver had an attitude, seemed disillusioned with having to deal with the public. Accommodations were not the quality I was led to believe. Overall, I hope to go with another company in the future and chalk up the financial loss to lessons learned.
We booked a 10 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania through "Face of Africa". The trip was super organised. We had fantastic accommodation and highly qualified guides. We visited 6 national parks in total and had incredible experiences with many animals (including all the big 5). We not only saw them, but also experienced them in many interesting situations. (see photos) Our guides were very caring and thoughtful. Wishes from us were always taken into account. Our 9 year old daughter was never bored and still talks enthusiastically about the many experiences. When crossing the border, the guides were very helpful. All the accommodation was very tasteful and located in the national parks. Compared to other providers, there was a fair price-performance ratio. We can recommend "Face of Africa" with the best of consciences.
