An unforgettable 8-day adventure in Tanzanian wildlife.

Our medium-length 8-day safari gave us all the time we needed to explore the extraordinary wildlife of Tanzania. Northern Serengeti was undoubtedly the biggest surprise. We expected spectacular wildlife, but we did not imagine spending so much time simply observing the movement of thousands of animals across the land. Watching the natural movements of the animals, without knowing what would happen next, made every safari exciting. On the last day, we realized that this trip was not based on a single exceptional moment, but rather on the fact that each destination offered something completely different. This variety made the entire itinerary balanced and fulfilling. We truly enjoyed ourselves and were very satisfied with Herbivore African Expeditions and their impeccable service.

Wonderful experience

Tanzanian 1st time safari experience was full of thrilled, we were very excited every game drive. Our guide was very careful he always insured our safety and the best views. In one day we experienced a condensed version of the African wildlife story. Lions resting in the golden grass, rhinos moving silently in the distance, herds of huge buffalo crossing. Our tent was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. For a mid-range budget, the emotional richness was remarkable. We wanted to recommend this safari. It was endless, immersive and humbling. What made it special was not just the density of animals, but the feeling of being inside a living system. The walls of the crater wrapped around us, creating a sense of isolation from the outside world. Lunch by the hippo pool was peaceful and surreal, watching life go by without interruption. This part of the journey felt almost spiritual, reminding us how small we are to nature. For a medium-range safari, this experience felt incredibly rich and has become a shared family memory that we still talk about in detail.
