8 Day Cairo and Nile Cruise Adventure

I made a trip with friends to Egypt for a week. It was a unique experience. We were always very well accompanied by the tour operator - Discovery Tours Egypt from the first to the last day. I recommend.

My travel agency "Que tal Viajarmos?", took a group of clients on a trip to Egypt, with the program provided by Discovery Tours Egypt. From the organization to Mr. Hassany's friendliness, the constant support given to my group, and the quality of the services, everything was more than perfect. This trip was amazing! Hesham was the best guide you could ask for. In addition to being funny and patient he is also incredibly knowledgeable. I felt our group got so much additional information, facts and history. Hesham had stories and facts about every place we visited and even about places we just passed by while driving. What I appreciated most was his commitment to sharing Egyptian culture. It was a great tour and amazing experience.

Hesham was so amazing (and patient!) with our group, I would recommend this tour to anyone! I think the timing of the activities in the days allowed for a great mix of learning/exploring and some relaxation on the cruise sprinkled in. His tips for interacting with locals were very helpful as well.

Discovery Tours is amazing!! Everything that they planned was well thought out, organized, and interesting. Their communication was spot on and all of our plans were very clear from the beginning. While visiting all the sites they provided so much historical and cultural context that took my trip to the next level. I left Egypt feeling like I understood so much more about it’s history. Our tour guide also prioritized our well-being and safety during the trip, offering to help us negotiate and buy souvenirs from the local vendors. By the end of my trip I did not want to leave Egypt because they made fall in love with the people and country. They truly made my time in Egypt unforgettable and I cannot recommend them more as a tour company. If I were to return to Egypt, I would definitely be booking more tours with them.

Hesham Mansour was great. He has a lot of experience and also a lot of knowledge to share. Learning with him is fun and he planned the schedule ahead so there’s nothing to worry about during your holidays. He will also text you the schedule a day ahead as a reminder so you can prepare for the adventure. He knows what he is doing and is always taking care of everyone, he will adjust the plans if needed in case the weather conditions are not ideal. He will also teach you how to bargain and will make sure you’re not being scammed. I had a great time and learned a lot with him. He is the best tour guide!

Discovery Tours Egypt took care of everything for us. Met us at all airports, and got us thru customs quickly. (Thank you Paul) Handled our luggage and had private transportation to our hotels. Checked us in and made sure we had all information for the next day. ( Thank you Mohamed ) We were met every morning by a tour guide and driver, and taken to the various sites. No waiting in lines. They already had site tickets. All guides were very knowledgeable and informative and very pleasant to be with. ( Thank you Chanise? and Islam. I can’t remember the others names. But they were all great👍) Chanise became my best buddy and Islam helped us out with a eSIM card for my phone and medicine for my son’s travelers tummy. Above and beyond! This trip had been on my bucket list since I was a child and Discovery Tours made it a dream come true for my son and I. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Hassany, you’re the best !!Gloria Condrey
