Start the 7 island sunset tour with a hotel pickup service in Krabi at noon. Undergo a short health check-up by the crew of Krabi Sunset Tours at Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang and climb aboard the traditional longtail boat. Head over to the 4 Islands group with a short stopover at Railay Beach to pickup fellow travellers.
Continue to Koh Yawasam and dive into a paradise of large shallow gardens of coral surrounded by flat sandy areas.
Cruise around the chicken-shaped rock at Koh Kai (sometimes spelled Koh Gai or Koh Khai and meaning ‘Chicken Island’ in Thai) giving visitors a cool photo opportunity.
Next stop is at Koh Tub for some beach time or (at low tide) a walk across the spectacular sandbank that connects it to Chicken and Mor Islands nearby.
Swim in the crystal-clear water at Koh Tan Ming, a small rock island in front of Koh Poda.
After all that water activities it is time to enjoy a delicious buffet dinner right at the beach of Poda Island as the sun goes down.

1 star – Misleading tour description The transfer started with a completely overcrowded pickup truck. There were 10 people sitting in the back (where there was only room for 8), and my 14-year-old son and I had to share the passenger seat. The 200 baht national park fee had to be paid in cash. Despite asking, I did not receive a receipt, only the suggestion that I could take a photo of the money being handed over. Even before setting sail, the guide explained that one island has been closed for a long time for nature conservation. Nevertheless, the tour continues to be sold as a 7-island tour. In fact, we were only able to step onto Koh Tup (Thale Waek) and Koh Poda; Chicken Island was merely a photo stop. So it is 2 islands, one photo stop, and 3x swimming/snorkeling. There were 32 people + 3 crew + 2 guides on the longtail boat. Tight as a nutshell. The ride was so rough that several guests became seasick; two had to vomit. The guides then handed out sick bags. Nothing more was done. Apparently a familiar situation. The snorkeling spots were disappointing. Mostly dead coral. Overall, pure mass processing and, from our perspective, clearly misleadingly described. Not recommended.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the number of passengers on the boat, we would like to clarify that all of our tours strictly follow the regulations set by the relevant authorities. The passenger capacity of each boat is controlled by law, and we never operate beyond the permitted limit. Our team always prioritizes safety and follows the required standards for every departure. For the National Park entrance fee, this fee is not collected by our company but is paid directly to the National Park officers at the entrance. The payment must be made in cash, as credit card payment is not accepted by the National Park. If guests require a receipt, they can request one directly from the National Park staff. This fee is a government-required charge that applies equally to all visitors entering the protected area. Regarding the itinerary, we understand your concerns about the description. Some areas may have changes depending on current conditions, including conservation measures, safety regulations, and instructions from local authorities. Our team always follows the latest guidelines to ensure that activities are conducted responsibly and safely. As for the sea conditions, your trip took place during the rainy season, when weather and wave conditions can change quickly and are beyond our control. However, please be assured that we never operate a trip unless it has been assessed as safe. Every departure is made only after consideration by the captain, experienced crew, and relevant authorities. The safety of our guests, staff, and the environment remains our highest priority. We are sorry that the rough sea conditions and the overall atmosphere did not provide the experience you were hoping for. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future, especially during the dry season when the weather and sea conditions are usually more favorable for enjoying the islands and snorkeling. Thank you again for choosing our tour.
Everything worked out great from the booking to the pick-up and return transfer. Very nice photos in crystal clear water. Even Nemo ends up snorkeling. Corals partly unfortunately dead, but you can find enough fish. Staff very helpful. Luminating plankton is great, but you can't always see it.
From booking to final landing the booking was wonderful. Sun booked us and helped us along the way with notification of pick up. We did 7 island. The boat staff was really helpful with loading and unloading at each island , they also helped a few fellow explorers with floating, swimming and snorkeling I thought that was so great to see! Over all it was a great experience!!
The tour was a great experience, good snorkelling and beautifully sun set on the sand bank. BBQ provided had plenty of food. Sila the tour guide was very helpful to everyone- and had made sure safety was a priority. We had left a towel on the boat after being dropped off and The correspondence in getting the towel back was amazing, the dropped towel off at a location the next day next to our hotel. Definitely 5 start to team
Very nice activity We went ourselves without the pick-up to discover the surroundings before the activity a little complicated to find the meeting point that is different from each person present on the site. The meeting point is under the porch on the right after the toilet this will help. Activity very well organize very nice spots as well as beautiful Snorkeling. And a barbecue dinner on a beach with sunset.
Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful snorkeling spots, sunset barbecue, and the overall organization of the tour. Your tip about the meeting point is very helpful for future visitors. We hope to welcome you again for another memorable adventure! 🌅🛶
Courteous staff, brilliant arrangements, beautiful places. Totally worth the money spent. Go for it, don't miss this one
Excellent service, excellent day. I've done 7 island 3 times with different providers amd this time was by far the best. Delicious food, safety conscious, friendly staff. Can 100% recommend. Easy communication on whatsapp or this app.

We pride ourselves on providing delicious food, prioritizing safety, and having a friendly staff, so we're happy to hear we hit the mark on all fronts. We also appreciate you mentioning the ease of communication via WhatsApp and our app. We hope to see you on another tour soon!
Shockingly poor. Sadly not as pictured or advertised. It says its not wheelchair accessible, but it doesn't tell that unless you are under 30 and fit as a butchers dog with ceet of hardened leather you won't be able to clim on or off the boat. It uses a dodgy metal run contraption they sling over the side. It slides around and can fling you off. On our trip, one lady fell off it onto the beach/shallows, and 2 others got covered in bruises from it. They don't really help you either. One lady slipped and fell as she got onto the boat from it, too. 97% of the coral is Sadly dead, and the visibility in the water isn't great. We were picked up at 11.50, offered one bottle of water, and had no food until 5pm. The food quality is subjective, 7 out of 8of us didn't eat it. chicken thigh, barely cooked prawns, rice, boiled carrot and cabbage and fish that was like trying to eat a mouthful of cactus, plus one can of soft drink.ours was supposed to include a Thai snack too, but that never appeared. 7 islands is stretching the description a bit and as for the bio luminescent plankton..... nothing like the pictures. A few spots of sparkle in the water that you could barely see from the boat and not much better in the water. 1 toilet stop, and it was awful. The only redeeming point was the sunset. It says a max of 30 people, but that is per boat. They take about 100 people in total each time. Lastly, when you return to the dock, you can have a ridiculously long walk back from the boat along the sand in the pitch black to where the return transfer is waiting.
Dear T9048NAclairep Thank you for your feedback on your recent tour. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the boat access and will be reviewing the embarkation process to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Regarding the food, we offer dinner and seasonal fruit on the tour, with no snacks included. We appreciate your feedback on the meal quality and will be reviewing this with our catering team. We advertise the tour as visiting 7 islands, with stops for snorkeling and sightseeing. Bio luminescent plankton visibility can vary depending on natural conditions, and we apologize if it wasn't as spectacular as the pictures portray. We're also sorry to hear about the limited toilet facilities and long walk back in the dark. We'll work on improving these aspects of the tour for future guests. The maximum capacity of 30 people is indeed per boat, with multiple boats departing for larger groups. We'll ensure this information is clearly communicated in future bookings. Thank you for highlighting these issues. Your feedback helps us improve our tours and provide a better experience for all our customers.
This reservation did not make the tour, I contracted one with another reservation number and paid 4 months before, I have seen the charge for this tour amount higher than the one I contracted and charged to the card 3 days before the tour that was already in the country visited?????? They charge for 3 tours with different reservation numbers and on both of them it says COMPLETED. How can it be if I only give the voucher for the one I really contracted???? In addition, the tour is terrible, they pick you up at stops, they leave you on a beach with hundreds of people and a lot of those who regroup in boats that are not advisable, many people in each one of them and the ladder to get down and get on the "boat" was very high and it was difficult even for the most athletes. Visit of the islands poorly explained and time poorly distributed. I did another similar one on PhiPhi and night and day. I advise against this
Dear luisa-aguilera Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the confusion and frustration you experienced with your reservations and the tour itself. We're taking your concerns seriously and will investigate them thoroughly. Regarding the tour experience, we take your feedback about the pick-up points, boat safety, and island explanations seriously. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we will use your feedback to improve our services. We value your opinion and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.
Everything was great, from the pick-up at the hotel to the beautiful islands with the longtail boat and explanations along the way. The BBQ on the beach at sunset was also just great and a real eye-catcher. I can only recommend it!
