7h00-7h15: Pick up at the Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem district). Our guide finds you at the hotel/stay lobby to go for the tour. We will send you the approcimate time the bus and guide will come to each hotel/stay location. Gather at Opera House front for the trip if your hotel is outside of the Old town
After 3 hours drive + pitstop, we reach to the cruise harbor at around 10h30 AM. Check in the cruise and discover Halong bay in 7 hours boat tour. Kindly pay the Government Halong bay entrance fee as it is not inclusive in our rate - 310.000d each to our captain at check in. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink in hand as you get ready for a 7 hour journey to explore the stunning Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The boat itself is very nice and has all required amenities. The staff is very lovely and helpful. The food very good with 5 course lunch, snacks and drinks. They were happy to accomodated our dietary restrictions which we really appreciated. The activies part needs some work. We really enjoyed the overall sailing experience and kayaking. But the cave tour part is pretty much a tourise trap.there is no cave tour to start with. Caves are closed and they just take you around the cave in small rowing boat. They really need to work on the activities. So overall, do it if you enjoy 5 course meal and kayaking.
The caves and scenery were amazing. It was great to walk through there and I suggest taking your time. Don't be rushed as it's a steep climb but worth the view.
We had a great day on this boat in Halong Bay! the boat was beautiful and lunch was very nice and tours well organised! I would recommend!
