Incredible expérience with i think the best guide we could have (thanks a lot Ismael). True professionnel company. They really matters about the customers and moreover that, it was a great human and sharing expérience. We have seen much moré than expected.
We returned from safari (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) as a family with our children aged 8, 10 and 13 and we will keep memories full of memories forever. It was a unique and fascinating experience. Anna and Omari were warm and attentive guides and drivers. A huge thank you to them and to Solaine for organizing this safari.
The best time to go for a safari would be in May-June to experience the migration of thousands of animals. Tanzania offers a vey diverse fauna and flora and Tanzanians are very friendly. But kudos to our guide Inno who planned everything, shared his knowledge and passion for animals and gave us lifetime memories. A
Thank you for great feedback of our safari, we are flattered! But the most important thing is simply that you enjoyed your adventure here in Tanzania, that is always our objective. Do visit us again! Kindly regards Innocent Frank.
Systematic downgrading of 80% of the housing without warning. It is not possible to be reimbursed the difference and to be relocated to lodges or hotels corresponding to our reservations.
Many thanks to Inno Africa for this fabulous stay. We left for 15 days, a week of safari and a week in Zanzibar, with two children aged 7 and 12. We felt a great desire to do well, a real concern for customers. Inno Africa is a local agency based in Arusha, which knows the territory perfectly. For comparing with other travelers, our itinerary was just perfect and the accommodations high quality. Our guide didn't need VHS to find the animals, quite the contrary... 5/5 for the Big Five. Thank you to Ephanielle who helped us customize this stay with great availability, to Innocent who always has the solution to satisfy his guests and of course to Agustino for his knowledge and Eagle eyes and to Anna for his kindness. We recommend this agency with your eyes closed.Quite simply thank you for these memories engraved forever. The family of luck 😉
Cordialement Innocent Franck
We would like to say a big thank you to Inno Africa Safari. We stayed 3 days as a family with 3 children (6J, 8J, 12J) in Tarangiri NP, Serengeti and NgoroNgoro NP. Our chef Bryan was super friendly and he conjured up delicious dishes for all of us. Our guide Emanuel was a bit subdued. But he knew the wildlife perfectly. We have discovered several times leopards, a cheetah, a serval, jackal, hippo and even a phyton. It was a very nice safari. We would have liked to have stayed longer if the wallet had allowed it... 😉But compared to other providers, Innocent offered us the cheapest price.
Had such an amazing time on my safari from start to finish the experience was so amazing! First off we got picked up very early morning by a nice man and then taken for a much needed coffee at a road side café. Then we arrived at the panoramic campsite where we had a lovely cooked breakfast (and more coffee! ) before taking in the breathtaking views of the Crater in Ngora Ngora. Our tour guide was very informative and was able to see things that were beyond my eyesight including a leopard who was languishing in a far off tree. I saw all the big five as well as whole lake full of Hippopotamus wasn't prepared for how smelly they are but I guess they are water horses after all. Our campsite was so much fun with big fires lit and our tour guide kindly took us to the bar in the Serengeti to fetch some cold beers after a long day in the sun. it was so nice especially the food our own personal chef cooked. There was always too much food to eat even though there were seven of us in the jeep. Every night we changed campsites which was pretty seamless given the cook also helped out pitching our tents and packing up too. The tour guide gave me so much knowledge about the Maasai Tribe which I found fascinating! I'm so delighted I chose this tour operator as I will cherish the memories until the day I die.
An absolutely wonderful experience and well above what we expected! We still have stars in our eyes... This is by far our most beautiful travel experience and the best Safari we have ever had the opportunity to achieve. John, our guide, had something to do with it. He was absolutely great with us and his experience made our stay in Tanzania quite unique. Inno africa is really dreams come true! Thanks again to you and John in particular that we highly recommend.
My partner and I did this amazing safari tour of 3 days which included 2 days of Serengeti and one day Ngorongoro crater. We slept in both of the national parks which was such a great experience. We heard hyenas and saw zebras and buffalos during the night! But we also want to thank our guide Ayoubou and our excellent cook Erick who made this experience even better. Ayoubou is a smart and hilarious guide who gave a lot of information about the wildlife. Erick is a great cook and provided us of outstanding meals. He calls himself a stomach engineer but he's damn right. He's such a creative and warm hearted guy who gives a magical touch to the African kitchen! If you come and visit Serengeti and Ngorongoro, ask for these two guys because they deserve it!
Thank you so much for the great feedback and this means a lot for us, we will keep Ayubu and Erick our cook as a company asset as we believe in good services to grow up
We went on a joining safari (you join other ppl) with Inno's company. The service provided was adequate to our standards and the price, but thats not what set this company apart. Inno worked very hard to accomodate our last minute requests. E.g. I forgot my lifestraw waterbottle and the company sent someone all the way to Moshi to get it back to me. Unfortunately we had a breakdown with our car just before sunset, something that can happen on the rough roads of the Serengeti at the end of the dry season. Inno and the driver worked all trough the night to get the car fixed and we were on our way the next morning. One thing to consider is the cultural difference in communication. As Dutch we value direct and open communication. Tanzanian (and others no doubt) companies will do everything to make you feel comfortable and pleased, which sometimes results in some hard to fulfill promises. All in all we had a great safari and mt Meru trek. Especially the service on the former was outstanding. If you want to do bird watching, make sure to inform in advance, as not all guide are proficient in this field. The only downside, and this happens all through our 3mnth vacation, is the lack of a real vegetarian option. If you are strict about this, then be sure to make clear arrangements before hand. If you have a day to kill, while waiting for a joining group for instance, the coffee tour to Kahawa is a real pleasure. Our young guide was very knowledgeable.
Hello Thom, though all the difficult from serengeti and so I highly appreciated your understanding and humanity as I explained that we are working hard to sartfied our customers!! Thank you so much for your time with us and great reviews!! Cheers
