My family of 3 just came back from our 7 days travel around Vietnam, we recommend highly recommend Authentic for all their help! Tran was our agent, he organize all our tour around the country, flights, hotels, private transportation, cruises etc and he was all the time in contact by whatsapp making sure all the process was smooth and on time. Honestly we could not have the amazing experience at the country without their advise and experience!

I was served by Tran and Han and they are superb. They have been very patient giving me all the options especially there are so many cruise choices for Ha Long Bay. We finally decided to go with Sena cruise and I would say it is a great recommendation. We truly enjoyed our cruise experience. The service does not stop after the trip end. We had some misadventure in Hanoi and I have to contact someone for advice. Authentic came to my mind and Tran replied immediately even it was after working hours. I cannot say enough good things about Authentic adventures and the personal attention we received from Tran. The service we received was AMAZING from start to finish. We could customize any part of the trip and Tran was there for us with a helpful advice. We had greeters at the airport, individuals to help us with our luggage, and drivers to our hotels as well as to and from various activities. Tran had a day by itinerary printed for us so we knew where we were going, what time we were being picked up and what we needed to bring/wear for each activity.
