We loved this area the best throughout our 3 weeks' travel. The company service was phenomenal. Activities were kept of very good quality and the guides and drivers were all nice, punctual and friendly. We liked the choice of the Sapa Hotel with the Pao and the Hanoi Hotel which has every place plated with gold.
During our three-week trip to Vietnam, our first six days were spent in Halong Bay, Sapa, and Ninh Binh with the company. Our guides and service were all excellent. They took care of our family's requests, and everybody was always very nice to us. The trip was long, but our drivers and guides' efforts made it enjoyable and memorable.
For people like us who don’t have a lot of time every day looking for a single service, this will be a wonderful tour of Hanoi, the Lagoon Bay, and Saba. The 7-day tour is carefully designed and rich in activities. But it can still allow us to explore local cuisine every day, sometimes even ourselves. We have Mr. Nguon - a friendly and fluent guide from Hanoi and another lovely guide from Nga - Sapa. All of them did very well during our Family Things to do, thanks to their excellent work ability, we got a pleasant and wonderful experience everywhere we came.
