Good overall view of Morocco, not in depth and long bus rides

This tour takes you through multiple cities. Some you just drive though. You are on the bus for a long time (sometimes most of the day). The tour bus stops and you can see sights, but there is little time on your own at the sites. You eat most of your meals in the hotel or at rest stops, so there is little time to experience the cuisine. The hotels are good, but the food is bland, and not Moroccan. The guide discusses some culture and history, but there are times you are at a site for only a few minutes. It is a good whirlwind tour of most cities in Morocco, but the description does little to explain what the tour actually is. For example, the first day is just the ferry and drive to Fez, arriving for late dinner. There is no tour. The last day is just a drive to ferry from Tangier, no tour. The second day is a full day in Fez, with dinner in the hotel. You drive through Meknes in about 15 minutes, and only spend a night in Marrakech. You are in Casablanca for a few hours, at most. You are on the bus for most of the time on most of the days. If you want to see many things, this tour is great. If you want to see the locals, culture and experience the food, I would not recommend it.The operator was lovely and very helpful. We met the tour in Fes, and they arranged the entire transfer, and made sure we made it to the hotel. They helped us to our other hotel in Tangier. They guided us with options, and answered all our questions. The tour company and the tour guide were great. My suggestion would be to say more of the exact tour on your website. On another note, Viator was awful. When we called to asked questions, they only read us the website (which we could read). They refused to give us the tour operators information in the USA, even though they have a US number. They could not tell us anything about pick up, or help us in anyway. I would never use them again. We called twice, and both times they only read us the website description, and could not even tell us who operated the tour. Their customer service at one point could not even access their own website.
