Where should I even start, the hospitality and kindness from the Key’s Resort staff was unforgettable. Trizer was an amazing support to our trip and we became great friends, with an incredible sense of generosity. Swai, I couldn’t even thank him enough for his kindness and his help, he was an amazing person to get to know and spend time with excellent translation and people skills. Frank who guided our waterfalls trip was very knowledgeable and made our experience amazing. Isaac and Daniel, who guided our two day safari were nothing short of spectacular, they took to all the secret spots and helped us find the big five.

This has been the best two weeks in Tanzania. The keys staff treated all of us like family. Starting with Trizer was like a mom very warm and welcoming. Swai was the absolute best! Very kind hearted. Always looking out for all of us all the way through the trip. Frank was just an angel! He cared for us throughout the water fall hike and made sure all of us were safe. Overall the staff has been sweet to us. This hotel was like another home for those two weeks.

Amazing place to stay and staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again! As a part of a group with a US college group this was heat and the Safari was incredible!

I can’t fault this company at all!!!! It was AMAZING!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super organised from enquiring to finishing the trip! We were well looked after by Norda who booked our trip for us and booked the most AMAZING safari trip ever! With the best accommodation. Highly recommend booking with her! She checked in with us regularly and made sure we were ok! As for our driver/tour guide Godfrey, he was EXCEPTIONAL! He knew every single animal, from birds to the big 5, told us information on our journey about the fields and Tanzanian culture. The safari itself I mean, it was fantastic!! We got to see the big 5 except rhino but that was because it was hard to see them. Godfrey found animals we couldn’t see it was amazing!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GODFREY! Thank you soooo much Godfrey!!!!! Tito was amazing as well- picked us up and dropped us to airport was super welcoming! And on time! Thank you keys yours for the experience of a lifetime!!!

The safari was one of the coolest experiences that I’ve ever had. The drivers were amazing and knew everything. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go on a safari.
