This itinerary is perfect for first-time visitors to Sri Lanka. We pick you up at Bandaranaike International Colombo Airport and start the journey that covers most of the famous UNESCO world heritage in Sri Lanka including Polonnaruwa ancient city, Sigiriya rock fortress, Dambulla cave temple and Kandy temple. This is a great opportunity for you to experience the historical and cultural values of Sri Lanka. You will also be able to see a spice garden, botanical garden and visit a tea plantation and factory with two beautiful waterfalls in the central highlands before we end this unforgettable journey.

Great trip. I Would highly recommend Kumara my tour guide and Beyond Escapes Tour Company. As a solo (senior) traveler I was taken care of very well. In 10 days I saw 7 UNESCO world heritage sites, a UNESCO Forest, went on a safari and saw gorgeous scenery everywhere. Plus Kumara was a wonderful driver and he drove a Prius Hybrid with A/C comfortably throughout this fabulous trip.

We had a 6 day holiday in Sri Lanka for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we arrived on the day that curfews had been imposed which limited our itinerary. Our driver and guide Krishan was professional, polite and kind. The only thing we could fault was some of his historical knowledge (for example repeated pointing out locations that Queen Victoria visited, despite the fact she never travelled to Sri Lanka) We were still able to enjoy our time, the highlight being the safari in Yala, staying in the leopards nest tree nest. We would recommend Krishan and Beyond Escapes
We recommend beyond escape without hesitation! We had an unforgettable stay thanks to impressive logistics: excursion faithful to the description. We were pleasantly surprised by the choice of hotels as well as the sightseeing that was organized so that we would go there when there were as few people as possible while respecting our pace. Our driver guide Kumara is a pearl, attentive and caring for us. Despite our really poor English we had discussions with a lot of humor. Exchanges by whatsapp with the company facilitated our departure but also facilitated the continuation of our stay in Sri Lanka. Good luck to them!
We travel....a lot, and this was an epic adventure! What we saw was amazing but even more impressive was the logistics behind our travel. Our trip was flawless. All the transportation and local guides were on time and extremely nice. Our main guide Nayomi were very special and wonderfully knowledgeable and went out of her way to make our trip special. Very good organization, from transfer to English language skills (partly German) and competent tour guide. Accommodations/hotels without complaints with partially grandiose views. Great nature, very interesting insights into the history of Sri Lanka and existing religions including visits to temples, monasteries and viewpoints. If the provider is selected correctly, highly recommended. Very pleasant country with nice people. The current security situation appears to be questionable.
Beyond Escapes people are reliable, responsible and very flexible in their services. We booked this tour with this company and received 100% support and timely response from ms. Dulani. She was supportive and always available if there were any questions, everything went perfectly. Our driver Dinesh kept us safe during the road trip from pick up and was a wealth of knowledge guy and personal interest about the sites. Two months before the tour, I was looking for a good travel agency to spend our vacation in Sri Lanka. Finally I stumbled on to Beyond Escapes and I read some of the reviews that they were very good, could be relied on etc etc and that is what finally convinced me. We got a great driver with good knowledge not only of Sri Lankan culture and monuments but also streets, best practices and offered good advices. I booked this tour with Beyond Escapes to explore the Sri Lanka with my friends. We went to Sigiriya, Dambulla, Polonnaruwa, Kandy and Nuwara Eliya over 6 days. Our driver made the trip memorable as he always made sure we were comfortable everyday. He is a very nice person and safe driver, 3-4 long hours driver felt short as he frequently jokes around and told us some information about the places we went to. Overall the trip was wonderful
