- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
- When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning.
- Upon time of booking, please provide flight itinerary for international flights and domestic flights
- Important: If you go suffer from altitude sickness, please bring medicine or ask your doctor for advice before you depart
- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

Everything happened as we agreed, the people from Vipac were very kind. The guide who accompanied us, Paul, was excellent and helped us with everything necessary. The same goes for the guides in Cusco (Araceli, Dora, and a gentleman with a complicated name), Vinicunca, and Puno (César).

The level of the guides, transportation, and excursions was a luxury
The coordination of the local tourism company was excellent. The schedules were met, and they notified us in advance of what we were going to do. The excursions with guides were very productive since a good explanation of the history of each place is needed. The tourism company Casustravel helped us throughout the trip, always attentive to events. And they advised us on a very complete tour, in accordance with what we wanted to do. A beautiful experience.

The guide Diego Quillahuaman Hauman was excellent, his development in the explanations was very complete and enriching, we took away tremendous knowledge. I was telling him I can't fit so much information.. I congratulate all the Peruvian brothers, how you are, so empathetic, helpful, transmitting that affection, customs, knowledge, the culture, and the love of your ancestors, and Diego too, beyond his knowledge he knew how to transmit all of that. We have a lot to learn from you. The drivers, I don't remember their names, were impeccable in their performance. The epic places charged with an energy that enveloped my soul. Excellent experience at a moderate price. The trip lasted 8 days with perfect weather throughout the entire journey. Regarding the number of people on the excursions, only on the day of the tour of the Machu Picchu ruins was there a lot of traffic on the walkways. The staff in general was excellent... the service at the hotels was very friendly and attentive, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the reception staff was always ready to help with the luggage, and the breakfast was varied and abundant. Regarding the excursions, the entries to the places we visited were excellently organized, and the places visited were wonderful experiences. The guides convey information in an admirable way; they are charismatic, responsible regarding picking up passengers at the hotels and the entry times to tourist sites, and excellent. Without further ado, it was a pleasure to have shared such an experience with A Rolar Viajes and with the group of people (passengers, guides, hotel staff, drivers of the different transports, etc.) that we happened to share the 8 days of the trip with.
