Son was an absolute legend!! He helped us to craft a perfect itinerary for our family group (grandparents and adult grandkids), which left us with zero stress and a magical family holiday in North Vietnam. It was an amazing managed trip by Authentic travels. Each information about guide and cab was available the previous day in advanced. We did everything that was finalized in itinerary and it was an amazingly managed vacation. Thanks a lot of everything. We had no problems at all. The response was very prompt and they patiently answered all queries beforewe finalised the trip.

We are a family of 6 ranging in ages from 12 to 54 and all had the most amazing time! We have travelled all over the world and this has been our favourite experience. Our tour guide Tony was amazing. Just returned from a tour for north Viet Nam (Ha Noi, Halong Bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh) with friends and family and I cannot recommend it more! Authentic - Their services are amazing, they help you all along the way, from planning when they show you all available options and prices, dates adjustments, tips, etc, to the time of travel, when they are with you all the way, helping you in any step of the trip. From small things like where to exchange money or do your laundry to restaurant recommendation and anything that you need.

We contacted Authentic Adventures Vietnam for our visit and vacation to Vietnam. Minh was our agent. He was so helpful and accommodating to our needs and place to visit. We arrived Hanoi late at night and he had arranged very nicely our pick up and drop off at the hotel. He had provided us with very knowledgeable and kind person to take us around during our three days stay in Hanoi. Authentic Adventures Vietnam has arranged our 6 days tour, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Mai Chau to Pu Luong. All those places we saw and visited very interesting places and met Vietnamese people and their hospitalities.
