We had a great experience with Simbaland Magic Tours. From the very beginning, Mariam—our main contact—was incredibly attentive, kind, and always responded very quickly, which we truly appreciated and made everything much easier. The 5-day safari itinerary is very complete and well organized. However, it’s worth noting that some time is spent traveling between parks, so you don’t always get a full day in each one—usually around 3–5 hours per park. We also want to thank our drivers, Faustin and Michael, for their kindness and professionalism throughout the trip—they made the experience even more enjoyable. All the accommodations were very good and comfortable. One recommendation: if you have the option, it’s better to request a chef on board instead of lunch boxes—it really enhances the overall experience. Overall, a very positive and memorable safari!

The experience was very intense and fun! Everything was organized well and in line with our needs. We saw almost all the animals and the places to sleep were good or very good. The driver and guide were prepared and ready for our every request. Very nice

I’ve visited several national parks before, but this tour was by far the best experience! Getting to see the animals up close and taking in the breathtaking views of the Tanzanian savanna truly felt like a dream. Everything—from the accommodations to the vehicle—was smooth and well-organized. Our guide, Samuel, made the trip even more memorable with his knowledge and skill in finding the perfect spots for photos. Highly recommended!

From the very start, Heavenlight was incredibly communicative and accommodating. I contacted several safari companies, but none came close to her level of service and care. Even though I booked just a few days before, she customized the entire itinerary to fit my budget and still gave us the best possible experience mixing luxury and mid-range stays to make everything work perfectly. She helped us change our route to fly into Arusha and straight to Serengeti, and when we arrived early with overweight luggage, she personally took us to the airline office and coordinated with staff she knew to change our flights and get the bags through at no extra cost. Our driver, Isaac, was outstanding he truly has “hawk eyes” and made sure we saw every animal we hoped to see. During the trip, Heavenlight stayed in constant touch. When one of our lodges became overbooked last minute, she immediately found us an even better upgrade. Her service went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced: she helped us recover a lost engagement ring, arranged a driver to Kilimanjaro airport an hour away, and when we realized my own mistake our flight was booked for the wrong month she had the driver wait patiently for over 3 hours until we could confirm standby seats. Later, she even helped us buy a painting we had passed on earlier and arranged for it to be shipped all the way to California. This was the trip of a lifetime. I can’t thank Heavenlight and the Simbaland Magic Tours team enough for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family don’t think twice, book with them and you’ll have the best experience ever!

We had a good time with Simbaland visiting 4 national parks in 5 days! While the driver was late coming to pick us up on one of the tour days, overall they gave us the great service given its reasonable price.

We did a four-day safari with our guide Elias. A great experience. A very professional guide who listened to us kindly and did everything for us to satisfy us. The organization was perfect. He also had very good knowledge of animals and local culture. I highly recommend it.

Tanzania... We dreamed of going there for our honeymoon and we finally waited another 15 years to go there with our children aged 9 and 11! We entrusted the organization of our stay to Simbaland Magic Tours and we were more than delighted. Everything was perfect and well organized. The accommodations were all really good, with lots of charm and a really warm Welcoming. The 4x4 was comfortable and our driver-guide, Elias, was great. We did one day with the Maasai, 5 days of safari and 4 days in Zanzibar. We left with memories in our heads: we had the chance to see a cheetah hunting a gazelle, a leopard strutting in front of us, etc. What also marked us a lot was the kindness of the inhabitants.
