This was my second safari with Ngao. This time, I traveled with my parents, so I paid special attention to the accommodation and transportation arrangements. Everything he organized made my parents feel comfortable and allowed us to fully enjoy the safari experience. As always, he carefully tailors the trip to suit his clients’ needs and preferences. He customizes the schedule and arrangements based on what you want. For Koreans especially, punctuality, clear communication, quick responses, and keeping promises are very important. Ngao consistently delivers on all of these, which is why I chose to travel with him again. If you decide to go with Ngao, I recommend clearly communicating what you want. If you do, you will be able to enjoy exactly the kind of safari you are hoping for. Our guide, Norbert, was also very kind and proactive throughout the trip, which made the experience even better. If this is your first safari, I highly recommend Ngao.
