We had a lovely time. The cruise was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and everyone was very friendly. The communication was also good. I just wished we would have had a better plan beforehand as the tours sometimes started very early and we didn’t know. The tours were super interesting though.

Nile cruise is part of our Egypt trip arranged by Al Sahel Travel. It exceeded our expectations. With two young kids, we took a chance to book with a local Egyptian tour company Al Sahel because of their willingness to customize our trip, good communications and the fully private tour package (private van, driver and tour guide). Any of our doubts before the trip quickly disappeared with the smooth operations by Al Sahel. From airport transport/transfer to daily tours, every step of the trip was connected seamlessly. You can tell the efforts put in by people behind the scene when our tours had to be adjusted due to unforeseen events. So glad we chose this company. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade your ship. Ours is Princess Sarah. Excellent services and food but its cabins are getting old. Still a wonderful experience though.

No programs, everything is done to the stern, the guides do not know if tomorrow will be them or another and are unable to give you information on the next day's services , nobody on board the boat n is aware of the program in advance of your agency . The information arrived around 10pm for the next day and it is up to you to inform yourself, no information is transmitted to you by the reception staff on the boat. Priority is given to the large agency with large groups, if a small.agency with few customers we close the holes with you (cabin down the back on the engines with enormous noise) and impossible to change cabin we walk you saying we are full we will see tomorrow. The general problem comes from the agency that takes the money and under-treated all the services the advertisements for French guide at the sale are false since after booking is pay you are told that your guides will be English and when you request that the tour is sold on the site with a French guide we answer that this is impossible or it is 75$ per person and as we refuse the agency s answer is 《 if it does not suit you you can cancel the cruise 》 but this is horrible a few days from the departure of our trip. So we were very disappointed first by VIATOR to whom we paid and then by Al Sahel Travel agency for their services and behavior
