We just returned from a 5-day safari in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Manyara. Benson Safaris had arranged an amazing tour for us in all three parks and had given us the best driver ever--Zab! Because of this experience, we will be returning in the future for yet another safari.

If you are planning to visit Tanzania - so only with BENSON SAFARIS agency!!! Benson is proffesional from start to finish, the service , bookings was very quick and proffesional and helpful. Our driver Liberatus - Thank you sooooo much , the best driver and he became our best friend, he was so friendly, they really made our trip memorable and unforgetable for us. The accommodation and vehicle were all to a high standart and we were very comfortable during the whole trip. Highly recommend: BENSON SAFARI to anyone planning to go Tanzania. My children and l recently returned from a 5-day trip with Benson Safaris and what fun we had! Every detail was taken care of including airport transfers so we could sit back and enjoy the journey. We went to Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. Tarangire was our favourite as we were able to get up close and personal with so many elephants. We stayed in lodges and it was great to cool off by the pool at the end of each day. The food was great and our Guide Paul made sure they catered for the kids - no request was too big. Paul was so patient and kind and he was always happy to stop for a toilet break or to find ice cream! When we were making the booking, Peris in the office suggested we add a few extra days in Arusha at the end of our safari and I'm so glad we did. We relaxed at our hotel and enjoyed some day tours and booked a day safari to Arusha National Park. We even got to meet Benson himself as he was at our hotel for a meeting. Thank you Benson Safaris for the trip of a lifetime. We will be back to explore more of your beautiful country.
We had the most amazing time on our 4 day safari with Benson. Leonard, our guide, was nice, helpful and so invested in getting us to see ALL the animals we wanted :). Our luggage did not made it to Tanzania, the company was so quick to help us, and made sure we could stop to shop for necessities before our safari. We definitely recommend.

Helpful when organising our safari trip. It was an expensive trip for myself and my husband but we were looking forward to it as a celebration treat. Unfortunately we were advised medically by our Drs that we could not travel before flying, so we notified them as soon as we could. At first they seemed to be helpful mentioning we could delay the trip to the future. We then scheduled calls with Benson and he sat down with us twice over the phone and suddenly claimed the money had been spent. However, eventually after a couple discussions agreed to only refund us half the money which equaled $1,106.65. This was back in early June.. he has since failed to do so and is now ignoring all of my communications. I find this so frustrating as I had only sent the full amount of the money 5 days before the Drs told me to cancel the trip. If I had not been so keen and excited for the trip I would not be out of pocket now. Benson seems helpful when talking to him but this seems fake and they are now just after money that doesn't belong to them. We received nothing from them, no safari, no accommodation, no food and no travel or airport collection so Benson Safaris should not be keeping our money. Beware.

During our discussion, we explored various options, including extending your trip until you were ready to travel again and offering a partial refund. However, considering the unique circumstances and your desire to plan a future trip, I am pleased to offer you a credit note of $1,106 USD. This credit note can be used at your convenience within the next two years. You have the flexibility to either use it for a future trip with us or transfer it to a friend who wishes to explore Tanzania. To claim your credit note or if you need any further assistance, please email us. We are here to assist you throughout the process. We booked 5 days Safari tour with Benson for our family of 2 in Tarangire, Serengeti and NgoroNgoro. The tour was outatanding and our guide Zablon did his very best to exceed our expectations. We were able to spot all BIG5! Benson tailored our tour as requested and booked our flight from and to Zanzibar with Precision Air. The car was comfortable and Zablon cleaned it every morning. Lodges were super nice and prepared good lunch boxes for us. In the car we had WiFi, fridge with drinks and binoculars. We also enjoyed open roof very much! I highly reccomend Benson Safari Team and guide Zablon for unforgettable experience in Tanzania! Olga
Super recommend!! The Enterprise is excellent, super reliable and competent. Our guide, in particular, showed us amazing things, is very experienced and attentive. We didn't have any kind of problem during the whole tour.

Our 5 day safari adventure began at Kilimanjaro airport where we were collected by Jonas our guide for the trip. Jonas was an exceptional guide with so much knowledge to share, including professional photos! We saw all the big 5 animals on our very first day! The arrangements, including surprise Birthday cakes and hotels were wonderful. Patricia and all hotel staff were truly wonderful. Thank you Benson Safaris for the experience of a life time

We just returned from our incredible trip with Benson Safaris. Our guide greeted us at the airport with a huge smile to begin our adventure. A 5 day trip is jam packed and a lot of driving, but the experience is once in a lifetime. Our guide made sure we saw everything we wanted (the Big 5 plus cheetahs, lots of hippos, hyenas...), as he was well connected with other guides and knew were all the best sightings were. After talking with other travelers we quickly realized that we were seeing more and WAY closer than most...we could have easily reached out and touched everything. Having everything pre-arranged made the trip seamless and our hotels were fabulous. Our teen sons both raved about the trip and said they would go again (which is high praise).

We went on a 5-day semi-luxury safari with Benson Safaris and what a fantastic trip it was! The Serengeti, the Ngorongoro crater, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was excellent, the hotels, the safari lodges, the food.
