5 Days in to the heart of serengeti
Description
This is a wonderful tour package that will give you an exciting opportunity to visit the most beautiful parks in the Northern Tanzania. This package will include visiting the endless plains of Serengeti National Park where you will be able to see all the big five and also Tarangire National park for huge number of elephants and the Ngorongoro Crater locally known as the garden of animals which offers a good chance to spot the big five. In this option, you will stay in public campsites, located inside (For Serengeti / Ngorongoro) or outside the park ( For Lake Manyara / Tarangire). Accommodation will be in waterproof 2-person-tents (2.5m x 2.5m and 1.8m high) with built-in mosquito nets at the entrances and windows. The dome tents will be pitched overnight at the public campsite and packed in the morning. You will be sleeping on foam mattress and will have access to shared public bathrooms and toilets. This was after Mikumi NP last year our second safari with Mikumi Holiday Safaris and we were so excited. Already the pick-up at Kilimandscharo Airport was great. Benson and Japh our two captains were funny and charming. We stayed in beautiful hotels with delicious food and everything was organized perfectly. It felt like travelling with friends. Japh was really the best in spotting animals in the far and we were lucky to see all of the Big Five. My highlights were definitely sleeping in a tented camp with male elephant's visit in the morning, the huge elephant herd crossing the Tarangire River, big lion families with cubs really close to the car and of course the cheetahs. Animal watching was always respectful and never harassing them. So it was all about enjoying and soaking up what nature is offering to us. This was definitely not our last trip with Mikumi Holiday Safaris. We came as guests and we left as friends. Thank you for everything and take care! ❤️ Dani & Alex from Germany
Everything was arranged really well, the tourguide was funny and caring! The sleeping places were awesome and the food was super tasty! The area and its animals are amazing, felt like i was in heaven! One of the best trips in my life<3
