Right from the outset, it was a pleasure dealing with Serengeti Camping Safari. Anita, who is the person I dealt with was prompt in replying my numerous emails, patiently answering my queries and making changes as and when requested. Upon landing in Arusha, we met with her and discussed our expectations for the safari, which were more than met! Our driver Aaron was fantastic. One felt very safe with him at the wheel! He was very knowledgeable about the terrain, the vegetation and of course the animals! The hotels all lived up to their reputation and were extremely comfortable. We came back with the feeling that we had had the holiday of a lifetime and that it was money well spent! I would definitely recommend using their services.
Our experience in the Serengeti Camping Safari was amazing. Our accommodations were fantastic and the service high quality. Our guides were very knowledgeable and we felt that they went out of their way to provide an unforgettable experience. Happy with the sightings and the learning experience. We were with our kids who had a blast learning about tracking and the ecosystem.
