We really enjoyed this tour. The organization was excellent, and the communication was great. This was very important to us since we were traveling in a country in which we did not understand the language. The organizers were able to make changes and keep us up to date throughout the process. The trip to Halong Bay with Hermes Cruises was really a highlight of the tour, and we wished we had booked for two nights on that part of the trip. Our hotel was in the old quarter and was very convenient with a helpful staff. However, in retrospect, we would have preferred to stay near West Lake in a newer section of the city. Overall we were very happy with this booking.
