5-Day Northern Vietnam Tour: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Halong Bay

Both of the tour guides were really nice and showed us a great time. Organization is very informative as they contact you via Whatsapp days before your booking and help to discuss pickup and dropoff point and times. They were also flexible with the airport drop as we had a flight leaving days after our tour ended

In this post-Covid travel world, where tour agencies are in a price war to capitalize on pent up demand, it is very heart warming to see genuine guys like Viet who keep service-mindset at that core and strive to deliver a smooth experience for their clients. He even took us around the streets of Hanoi on our first day as he had free time though we hadn't booked anything for that day! Each of the 5 days was an enjoyable experience, and I left all the planning to Viet, who was very prompt throughout and replies within 2 mins to any message! I travelled with my cousin, who is a vegetarian and the agency ensured that veg food was provided on the Halong Bay cruise as well as during the Ninh Binh trip! Super satisfied with the trip and will definitely come back through Old Quarter Travel to visit more parts of Vietnam. In a city where you will find 1000s of tour agencies, Old Quarter is indeed a very rare find which I strongly recommend!
