We up all travelers, so once you arrive at the airport or designated meeting point, please proceed to the arrival hall and wait there. Our family had been planning a Serengeti safari for a long time, and choosing the 5-day fly-in option made the experience incredibly convenient. The fly-in arrangement was a great choice because it allowed us to spend almost all of our time exploring instead of traveling between destinations. Watching the Great Migration in person was easily the highlight of the journey. The size of the herds was difficult to comprehend until we saw them stretching far into the distance. We also enjoyed seeing elephants crossing the tracks in front of us, giraffes moving gracefully through scattered trees, and hyenas wandering near the migration routes. The Herbivore African Expeditions perfectly planned and wonderfully organized our whole journey. The accommodations were comfortable without taking away from the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Everything ran smoothly, and our family left with unforgettable memories and a much deeper appreciation for the Serengeti.
