Complete scam. On the day of my booking I went to the Marina & there was no booking listed for my 12PM booking. The company reached out saying they had no boats available & were trying to rebook a replacement “supposedly”. Tried calling numerous times & waited an hour. Nothing.

If you review your messages, you will see that starting on April 18th, we sent you important information regarding your booking. Unfortunately, you did not respond to any of our messages or answer multiple calls from our team. Arriving at the marina without responding to prior communications makes it very difficult for us to coordinate your trip, and we cannot be held responsible for availability under those circumstances. Despite this, we still proceeded with issuing you a full refund. We always strive to provide the best service possible and maintain clear communication with all our clients.
