Han was fantastic, great guide and very knowledgeable, showed us some amazing places, would highly recommend
We had a wonderful 4 hours experiencing Hong Kong Island's people and places with Hans. He tailored our walking route to take in traditional markets, the mid-level escalators, the financial centre, restaurants, trams and lots beside. We met traders and shop keepers, enjoyed HK street food snacks and drinks and really experienced the hustle and bustle of the city. This helped us explore further on our own the following day. A great experience for first timers and well worth the money. Hans is a brilliant host, full of stories and facts - never a dull moment. Thank you Hans!
Cannot recommend highly enough. Pre-trip communication was excellent. We were due a boring 8 hour layout at Hong Kong airport and this 4 hour tip trip turned it into a highlight of our travels. Jacky was amazing. His Knowledge of the history of Hong Kong gave us a true appreciation of the journey of this amazing place. The car was really comfortable and we visited both Kowloon and Hong Kong Island and saw Victoria peak, the financial district, a Tao temple, St Johns cathedral, the harbour and a fascinating glimpse of real life with a walk round the market including snacks. Sounds busy but the pace was relaxing and didn't feel rushed at all. Jacky also doubled as photographer which saved us from our usual poor selfies which was a really nice and personal touch. If you are contemplating 8 hours in an airport, this personal and tailored tour is a must!
Incredibly friendly, attentive and with a wonderfully individual style Hans led the city. You could tell immediately: Hans always had a plan B (and probably C) in his pocket so that every minute of our layover was used perfectly and it felt like four hours of layover was a whole day of vacation. Especially great: He spoke German – although his English would have been just as problem-free. There is a secret sixth star for the fantastic organization in advance: clear directions to the meeting point, helpful hints on weather and clothing, consultation of personal wishes. Well thought out. You felt well looked after even before landing. Conclusion: Unlimitedly recommended – a guide that gets the most out of every hour and is still really fun.
It’s the way to go!! We hired a driver and guide and saw so much of Hong Kong! Alan Au, our guide, was TERRIFIC! He does an amazing job explaining history, telling stories and always caring about our needs and desires for the tour. He is wonderful!
Hans is a top guide and has put a lot of effort into Mega. He showed us everything that was important and much more👍
A wonderful Private Tour of Hong Kong with Jacky Wong! We had a great private tour of Hong Kong with Jacky Wong! We had the best private tour imaginable, with Jacky Wong as our guide. On a layover, time and confidence are critical, and from the on time meetup, to his professional attitude, we relaxed into a quick immersion into Hong Kong sights, sounds and culture! We stuck to the itinerary, Victoria Peak, HSBC main building, Hollywood Rd, Wan Chai and Aberdeen, with a bonus visit to see the Peninsula Hotel and Star Ferry! We indulged some snacks as we listened to the history, and Jacky Wong adapted his tour to our needs, us having visited before. Highest recommendation for this guide and this tour!

We enjoyed a 'magnificent' tour during our layover at the Hong Kong airport! Jacky W. met us inside the airport and immediately connected with a smile and overview of the itinerary! He knows the city of Hong Kong amazingly well from driving the streets, to the main tourist attractions--Victoria's Peak. We even had the opportunity to sample delicacies at the local markets! Jacky gave us a historical perspective of Hong Kong along with current growth of this spectacular city! He shared photos of our excursion and selected an itinerary that returned us to the airport in plenty of time for our next flight! We're absolutely thrilled to have taken the private car tour....we feel like we experienced Hong Kong in a day. Thank-you again Jacky for sharing your expertise!!
We had the best time on our 4 hour tour. Alan was a great guide showing us all the sites, teaching us facts, interesting trivia and history and a treat as well. We loved the tour and highly recommend Alan as a guide.
