Cima del monte being the highest peak on our side of the island offers a breathtaking 360 ° view, so a stop after the climb made before starting the adrenaline-fueled "Buca del Bandito" trail is always welcome!
Passing from an ever-changing scenery as only the island can offer, we find ourselves at the famous "Red Lake", located inside the mining park of Rio. The color of the water comes from the mineral and the earth present in the basin, which with the rains forms a fantastic red lake.
From Monte Calendozio as well as being able to admire the fantastic view over the Bay of Cavo, the channel between the island and the continent, we can have fun in the dunes in mining land, a natural skill park in use as a surreal scenario that alludes to being on Mars!
