We did a 4 day and 3 night safari with Rupee Adventure, recommended by a friend who had had an excellent experience. We paid €1,800 per person, and although the experience of seeing animals in national parks was impressive and unique, the Service we received did not live up to what we paid. From the start there were delays and confusion: our safari started late because we joined a group that had not paid with Rupee, and we were never clearly informed that we would travel with another Enterprise, Inno Adventure. In addition, we learned that other participants of the same safari, had paid less. The vehicles were in bad shape and we changed cars midway through the safari. The “guides” seemed to be just drivers, with very basic and uninformative explanations, which made much of the Service we expected feel deficient. Communication was irregular: at first the organizer responded to our messages, but when the safari ended and I sent comments with complaints about the Service, he stopped responding completely. Bottom line: the safari experience itself is unforgettable, but the organization, communication and quality of Service were not satisfactory, especially considering the price we pay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Enterprise.
Before to confirm your booking we told you about private safari that we offering and joining group safari that’s not in our package list but you choosed sharing safari. At Rupia Adventure sharing safari not offering in our company if you book sharing we find group to join for the company who doing sharing safari, so for the group you joined under Inno Adventure it’s not our service, and prices is different, I thought was better to inform travelers about sharing safari and private, I’d like to inform travelers who willing to do sharing safari this it’s very complicated as you are going to join with people from different countries. Welcome in future if you want to do private safari.
This safari was very enjoyable, our biggest desire was to see the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, surprisingly Matt suggested to start with Tarangire, this park is amazing with lots of elephants and lots of baobab trees, I can say it was my best park as my wish was to see a group of elephants and their babies, our four safari vehicles were so comfortable with four guides Simon, Pendael, Norah and Miraji, the Mvuli lodge and Serengeti Queen Tented Camp were good we slept alot, Serengeti is a big park we were very happy to see many animals and wildebeests migration in kogatende, ngorongoro crater was good we saw six rhinos and many more animals, we thanks all Rupia Adventure for this unforgettable safari
Thank you so much
We did Safari Tour as part of our honeymoon, and every part of the trip was perfect. Our guide Steven explained everything we were curious about and even showed us interesting red bananas and banana trees. The special photo setup and surprise cake truly touched us. Highly recommended! (Thanks Steven and Matt👍👍)
Thank you Yulia and Timothy, we are so happy to host you and welcome again in Tanzania
From the beginning booking with Matt who offered suggestions was willing to accomadate to my request it went so very smoothly. Once on the ground Pendael the guide, driver was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, birds and trees. He also seemed able to predict which path the animals would take so that I was in a position to view these wonderful animals. Samuel the cook made some delicious meals an and was a source of information about modern African history. Their colleague Silas , in Kenya was also very knowledgeable and respectful of the animals. This trip far exceeded my expectations. I saw the Big 5 and so very much more. The wildebeest migration is a bit overwhelming so many animals. If I ever make it back to Africa I will be traveling with Rupia Adventure. I will recommend them to my friends and any6interested in Safari.
In Four Days, we covered three National Parks and too many animal species to count. Our group of 12, transported in two safari vehicles, must of hit every spot in Northern Tanzania. Ten Lions, Thirty Hippos, Four Hyenas, Thirty Ostriches, a Cheetah, a Leapord, Fifty plus Giraffes, Countless gazelles, wildebeest, and Zebras, and much more.... As this is my third Safari in Africa, I recognize that one of the most critical choices is to engage the company that has the best drivers, as you will be spending long days with them. I cannot recommend Rupia Adventures more highly for a life changing experience
A unique experience thanks to Rupia and memorable moments in the different parks! Our guide was perfect, attentive with good explanations. The meals prepared by the cook were delicious I highly recommend this 4-day camping experience for full immersion! We had the chance to see the BIG FIVE!
I would 100% recommend using Rupia Adventure for your Safari! Before we booked, they were incredibly responsive and clarified many of our questions, which allowed us to tailor our Safari plan and choose the best hotel options together with them. Then, and most importantly, we had an amazing guide - Erasto! Erasto is incredibly knowledgeable about the national parks, the animals and the overall environment. You can really tell he studied all of this at a university level, and you'll come out of your experience learning a TON about the wildlife in Tanzania (as Erasto put it - he'll transfer you 100GB worth of info). Erasto is also incredibly flexible on timing, deciding when to stop to have a break and more importantly he is great at spotting animals! He saw leopards in trees ages before we did of course, and always made sure we drove to get the best angle for each picture. He also speaks frequently with other guides to make sure he knows where the rarer finds (e.g. rhino or leopard) are hiding out. Would 100% recommend doing the Safari with Rupia Adventure and Erasto, we had a wonderful experience He can do safari tours in Spanish and French as well, ours was in English Also we thanks Matt and Marr the owner of this company. Thanks Marry & Jacob from UK
There are NOT enough Good words to say about Rupia Adventures! From our first phone call (Jolanda), the excellent, immediate follow up to the Incredible, Beautiful, comfortable lodges with Great food and last, but not least, our Wonderful Guide, George! We know there is a ton of planning behind the scenes and we were very thankful but being with George, every day, just MADE our trip what it was. His expertise on everything was over the top from every animal, bird, history of the crater, the serengeti and just all of Africa and he Enjoyed teaching us! George's happy and sincere personality made us look forward to each and every day! Their "trucks" were very comfortable and George made sure WE were comfortable and noticed everything we liked to eat and drink so he surprised us daily. On our return, we would not use anyone but Rupia Adventure and we are so grateful for the memories we will have the rest of our days, thanks to George and the entire company!
It was great!! No for real, Waldo is a very experienced driver with a big knowledge. And the accommodation was also very good. Thank you for this experience!
It's been one of the best trips. The head of the Rupee Advent agency organized everything perfect and when he got there... it was just how he described it to me. Plus it made me the best price of all the ones I've been looking at. For me, Ngorongoro Crater has been the best thing about the whole adventure. An unforgettable experience and highly recommended.
