Your African safari will also take you to the Ngorongoro Crater, featuring one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of African wildlife - inside a self-contained world featuring an unbelievable concentration of animals. Lastly your trek will take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania's most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake, at the foot of the Great Rift Valley's western escarpment. The size of this national park makes it perfect for a one-day game drive, and is famous for its unique tree-climbing lions.

We've actually did 2 trips with them - a safari and then Kilimanjaro trekking. The safari itself exceeded our expectations, a lot of animals we saw, and the friendly guide made the entire trip very enjoyable. The jeeps were really clean, comfortable and everyone had a window seat! We finished it all the way to the summit thanks to the brilliant guides. I have food allergy and they were very careful and courteous of my food needs. The whole mountain staff was great and we had a very positive experience. The food was fantastic! It was a great mix of quality comforts of home with some specials from the African continent. I love the variety of fruits that we don't see in the U.S. For reference we completed the Machame Route for 7 days & 4 Days Safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro in December 2020.
