Brilliant experience. Leonard the organiser was helpful and responded to all our queries promptly. Our guides (Samweli and Jackson) were highly knowledgeable and friendly. We had a truly memorable week which was made possible by the superb team at Merida Slopes
We had an absolutely amazing 5-day safari with Meru Slopes Tours & Safaris and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our guide, Lobulu, was outstanding. His knowledge about the animals, nature, and the national parks was incredible. He always managed to get us into the best viewing positions while treating the wildlife with great respect and never disturbing the animals. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five, the Ugly Five, as well as cheetahs and many other incredible animals. A big thank you also to our cook, Gadi. Every meal was delicious, freshly prepared, and there was a great variety of dishes throughout the safari. We were honestly surprised by how good the food was, especially while camping. The entire trip was perfectly organized from start to finish, and every day was full of unforgettable moments. We highly recommend Meru Slopes Tours & Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. Thank you, Lobulu and Gadi, for giving us memories that will last a lifetime!
Wow!! What an incredible experience. Kelvin was communicative with our group from the beginning and up until the day we arrived back from our unforgettable safari. Our guides, Nuru and Robert, were top notch - knowledgeable, kind and made the experience that much better. It truly was a trip of a lifetime. Our accommodations were pristine, they catered to our every whim and we feel so lucky to have had this experience and all for such a reasonable cost. If you’re debating, don’t - pull the trigger and go with Meru Slipes. I’ll be recommending everyone I know to do the same!
We had an amazing safari! Our guide was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made sure we had the best possible experience throughout the trip. The cook was also fantastic—not only was the food delicious, but they were so kind and friendly. It was a wonderful trip from start to finish! Thanks Andrew and Rashid
We had a wonderful time on our safari honeymoon with Meru Slopes. The organization was excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. We were especially lucky to have Robert as our guide—he is truly the best, and his years of experience really show. Our trip would not have been the same without him. He was knowledgeable, funny, and even helped us take amazing photos throughout the safari. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Meru Slopes to anyone visiting Tanzania!
All experience was great. The whole tour operation was well organised by the salesman (before arriving) and the guide-driver (during it). Our guide (Samwel Bahane) and the chef (Salimu) made the experience even more unforgettable. They were well prepared and were always ready to provide information and comfort to us. The guide was also very flexible to our itinerary, patient when we wanted to take photos, and friendly to respond our questions. He took care about the details like cleaning the car every day. I recommend this tour and guide.
The tour offers the best views in Tanzania, but for shure Ngorongoro is breathtaking combining all the big five in one place full of wildlife. The Max is always ready for you, giving you all the information you must need during the hole tour. Also you can count with Gary delicious food, giving her best as the chef. Definitely is an excellent plan for friends is family, 100% recommend,
It was a great experience, got to see the big 5 and lots more animals, we also got very close to animals whilst camping, great food from our chef Ghadi and our tour guide Max was very knowledgeable, there was no additional fees, would highly recommend. Note that the campsites are very basic but have the necessities. There are stops to buy additional snacks if you want to but not necessary as plenty of food is provided.
Really great experience at Meru Slopes. Max was a top guide, knew a lot, easygoing, and made sure we saw all the wildlife we were hoping for. Chef Gadi was excellent too, the food was consistently really good with plenty to go around. Everything felt relaxed and well organised and I thank them both for the trip.
An unforgettable experience in Kilimanjaro
