Mustafa was a great driver from Merzouga to Fez. Also Chaimae and Oussama from Marrakesh to Merzouga were fantastic. Higly recommended!
The five stars is for Hamid who took us from Merzouga to Marrakech. He was an excellent driver and was very helpful and on time. As for the rest for the 4 day tour. It isn't really one tour with all the same people. It's multiple vendors taking you here and there. From Fes to Merzouga it was more of transfer rather than a guided tour. We were not given any explanation about the places we stopped at. We paid extra to upgrade to 'luxury' accommodation. The Merzouga one was not very good but the one in Ouarzazat was nice. I had to email the tour operator several times to find out about pick up times so we could be ready. I believe the organisation of it all could be better especially with the transition of different days. I thought I would go on a tour with the same people for 4 days and 3 nights but this was not the case. My daughter and I enjoyed the trip. I think the operator could be more transparent with the fact that it is not a tour with the same driver and people but organised days with different operators
I had an amazing four-day trip to the Merzouga desert. Everything was very well organized, and I felt really well taken care of throughout the journey. The food was also good, and overall the whole experience was fantastic. One of the highlights was the return to Fez with our driver Mustafa – it made the trip even more enjoyable.
The driver, Noufel, has been very friendly and has been a very dynamic route. You have made the transfer from Merzouga to Fez. We are very grateful for the treatment received.
Abraham took us around every where and showed us a lot of interesting and beautiful places. He was extremely patient with the slow pace of our group, took us to local places to eat. Highly recommend going on his tour.
