4 Days Experience big five in Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Safari

Unforgettable Safari in Tanzania We had the most magical journey with Wildlife Experience and created memories we’ll never forget. We went on a 4-day trip to Lake Manyara, Central Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater & Highlands – and we actually managed to spot the Big Five! There are countless tour operators in Tanzania, but these guys truly stand out. With over 20 years of experience, they are absolute professionals. Everything was spot on: the choice of lodges, the delicious food, the travel route, the seamless organization, and the comfortable car. They even took amazing care of my gluten-free diet, which I really appreciated. Our guide Steven was outstanding – not only a fantastic guide but also such a wonderful person, which made the whole trip extra special. He knows the Serengeti like the back of his hand and never once needed a map, even on the nearly 1,000 km we covered. His knowledge about wildlife, culture, and Tanzania in general was impressive. Most importantly, he always drove with great focus and care, so we felt 100% safe the entire time. His guiding was extremely professional, and it was clear that Steven did everything possible to make sure we saw the Big Five – which we did! A heartfelt thank you to Steven, Davies, and the whole Wildlife Experience team. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be back!

Badly organized, not worth the money, unsafe. To maximise profit, the company pools cars with different other organizations, reschuffeling groups spontaneously. Half of the day is waiting for others, pick up, drop off etc. To catch up on time, the drive was often crazy fast. The car could have been in better shape. The accommodation was overly expensive for what it was. Not to mention that arrival was late/in the dark and departure very early - just to wait for others again. Overall, the worst safari experience I ever had. Can definitely not recommend to book with Wildlife Experience.

We organised a custom safari of 5 days to cover both safaris and cultural activities such as visiting a Maasai village, Arusha Declaration Museum and Maretuni village and waterfalls. Davies was so helpful in accommodating our wishes and all the places exceeded our expectations. Once we had finalised the trip it was easy to pay for. Our guide/driver Abdullah has 21 years experience and it showed. His knowledge is extensive and his kind gentle manner and great sense of humour made the trip more enjoyable. Our accommodation was varied from hotel near Arusha with swimming pool and massages to Serengeti camp where you could hear the lions at night and watch the sunrise over the plains in the morning. We saw so many animals up close and relaxed in their natural environment including lions, cheetahs, rhinos, elephants, hyenas, zebras, all the antelopes and a huge variety of birds including many birds of prey. This was a holiday of a lifetime and I would recommend to anyone.

From the moment we entered Tarangire to our final sunset in the Serengeti, the trip was magical. Damas, our guide, was friendly, professional, and had incredible knowledge about every animal we encountered. He made sure we had the best views and photo opportunities. It was a dream safari and we’re already planning to come back!

Overall we had an amazing time in Tanzania. Our guide Joseph was exceptional as a driver and guide. We visited 4 parks with him and in every place we would be wowed by the sights that we saw there. We saw lots of animals and by the end of the trip we had seen all the big 5 and many other animals. The wholesome experience of riding in a jeep and then explored the parks with a professional guide who would answer the questions we posed and also take us from one site to the next. He would contact other guides over radio to get locations of where the animals were. Hotel and lodges that we were booked in were good and of very high standard. We would spend the evenings relaxing over a bonfire or enjoying a sunset on the patio of our room. I highly recommend this tour

We saw a bit of everything in Tanzania during our recent tour to Tanzania with Wildlife Experience Tanzania. Our guide Festus was incredible and made the tour enjoyable and fun. We felt in safe hands whenever as he drove carefully and looked after us in the parks. He was very informative and knew the hot spots where we found numerous animals, particularly in the drives around Ndutu area of Serengeti/Ngorongoro. We also managed to squeeze a cultural visit to a Maasai village in Ngorongoro. The lodges were lovely places that offered great food and nice accommodation. most were located within the parks or close by. The only downside was that we needed more days for Serengeti. Two days are not sufficient to explore the expansive park as there is so much to see. Thank you all for a well organized trip. It was really wonderful

We had excellent game drives in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Brian our guide gave us the best times in Tanzania. He was helpful and friendly as he led us from one great wildlife scene to the next. Our wishes were to see the wildebeest migration and true to his word Brian took us right to the middle of these enormous herds where lions also roamed. We even managed to see a couple hunts from a cheetah and a fight between lions and hyenas over a buffalo kill. The drives through the parks still linger in mind the places are so beautiful. I must confess that Ngorongoro Crater stole my heart. Descending the crater walls ushered us to a world that is so beautiful that is beyond any description, you have to see it to appreciate the amazing splendor. We cam to learn that Wildlife Experience Tanzania is synonymous with excellence and top class service. Everything was well planned and executed with finesse. Even the lodgings were the best! It was truly exceptional and I highly recommend the experience.

All my expectations were blown to bits by the awesome experience on our safari. Everything was exceptionally good and our only complaint is that the trip ended too fast. We wished to have spent more time in Serengeti where the sights and sounds were incredible. Our guide Benson was pleasant and treated us to spectacular game drives. He spared no effort to keep to get us the best views and memorable experiences. The memory of thousands of wildebeest in the vast grassland is still fresh in my mind. We also saw more than 50 lions, lots of elephants, baboons, buffaloes and many other different animal species. The parks were so beautiful and luckily the traffic was quite low. All the lodges and hotel were excellent. They all had great food and safe bottled water pretty clean. Thank you Wildlife Experience Tanzania and all the people we met in Tanzania. They all played a huge part in creating unforgettable memories.

This 4 days safari was highly polished from top to bottom! Everything about it was first class. It was worth every penny as we got to see amazing landscapes of Trangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with an incredible guide- Musa and also stay in fabulous properties that one would not expect to get in the middle of jungle. Musa was incredibly knowledgeable and freely shared his insights about Tanzania, conservation and culture. We particluarly loved the Serengeti biosphere with thousands of wildebeest, zebras and antelopes grazing on their journey towards Ndutu for the calving season. They were followed by numerous lion prides, hyenas, cheetahs, vultures and other carnivores that are sustained by the huge herds. I truly appreciate all the work that Damas put in to make this trip flawless and memorable. Hakuna Matata and see you soon

I do not know where to begin because there are so many wonderful things to say about our 4 days safari with guide Malisa of through Tanzania. He has been with Wildlife Experience Tanzania for a long time and is so knowledgeable about the animals, the parks and everything there is to know about Tanzania. He led us to many beautiful wildlife encounters and was patient to let us enjoy the views for as long as we wanted. We found him to be considerate as he took our suggestions and made us feel wanted at all times. The vehicle was a comfortable 4x4 Toyota Landcruiser that cruised through the muddy park trails with ease. We enjoyed the outdoor camping arrangement immensely. The tent was spacious and the facilities at the campsites nice. There were little traffic at this time of the year so we basically had the campsites to ourselves. We have done safaris to a couple of other African countries and I can confidently say that this experience was the most remarkable in terms of wildlife views and quality of the overall experience.
