Had such a great time in this cooking class led by Reynaldo. We made a variety of Peruvian dishes and even learned how to make a pisco sour, with unlimited refills! We made soltero de habas, ají de gallina, chirimoya and piña, chicha morada, papas, and a traditional Peruvian salad. My personal favorite was the salad! Reynaldo was attentive and helpful throughout, and even shared the history and stories behind several of the dishes. The smaller group made for a more intimate setting. There was plenty of personal attention and easy conversation throughout the night. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Cusco. A wonderful way to experience traditional Peruvian food while spending a great evening cooking and connecting with others.

Great afternoon full of learning/cooking/eating/drinking! learned how to prepare aji de gallina the traditional way and of course it turned out to be the best aji de gallina i ever had!
