We had a blast learning all about Brazilian seafood and culture with Chef Alex! He was great and we had great vibes, laughs and even better food tonight. This was our girls spring break trip and this just was the cherry on top to an amazing trip!
Chef Alex brought me and my friends such a great, unique experience! We got so lucky that the four of us got a private class and more than enough food. From start to finish we learned and laughed a lot. We got to try the food as we went to still eat a full plate of food at the very end. And of course, dessert! Most importantly chef was welcoming, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. While we did cook ourselves he 100% let us through the way and gave us an unforgettable night.

The Brazilian Seafood BBQ class was an amazing experience. Chef Alex and his assistant made the experience both fun and knowledgeable. Not only did my group get hands-on cooking experience, but we also learned some Brazilian history as well as how to make the signature Brazil alcoholic drink, caipirinha. I would definitely recommend whoever is visiting Rio de Janeiro Brazil to definitely book this and experience it for yourself.
