Our driver, Ronald, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He explained to us beforehand what to expect and everything was just as the tour was described. I would definitely recommend this tour company again. His driving was excellent, never felt car sick going up or down Cerro Verde. This was a full day, felt tired after hiking up Santa Ana Volcano but followed by resting at Lake was just right. Full day and well worth the price.
My friends and I had a fantastic experience visiting Santa Ana and hiking to the top of the volcano. Our guide, Ronald, picked us up on time as scheduled (actually, he was here early), and was immediately very friendly and welcoming. He explained much of the surrounding sites along the drive, took us to get food/water and use the bathroom beforehand, made sure we connected with our tour group at the park, and waited for us the whole time. The hike itself was stunning. Afterwards, Ronald took us for lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed every moment of the experience.
Thank you very much for your comment! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed visiting Santa Ana and hiking to the top of the volcano. Ronald will be happy to know that his punctuality, friendliness, and attention made the experience even more special. We’re delighted you also enjoyed lunch with a beautiful view of the lake — the perfect way to end a day full of scenery and memorable moments. We look forward to welcoming you on another adventure soon!
