During this 3-hour excursion your private guide will take you through the largest castle complex in the world! A medieval fortress, a town within a town, and St. Vitus Cathedral (where 26 kings of Bohemia were crowned) are just some of the highlights that you will see. Gaze in awe at the Old Royal Palace with the amazing Wladislav Hall, Basilica of St.George, Golden Lane and Daliborka tower, which served throughout the middle ages as a dungeon and torture chamber. Entrance fee to the Prague Castle is included.

This tour is focused on the Prague Castle, the largest castle complex in the world. For most of its history it served as the seat of Czech rulers.
St. Vitus Cathedral is the most important church in the Czech history. It is a place of coronation, marriage and burial of the majority of Czech kings.
We will visit the interiors of the Old Royal Palace which served as home to generations of Czech kings.
A fairy tale street where you will have the opportunity to explore how people lived in different eras.
We will visit together one of the oldest churches in the whole Czech Republic, dating back to the 10th century.
Together we explore the secrets of one of the harshest prisons in medieval Bohemia.

We were absolutely delighted with our guide Matt. We were early to the meeting point and he was already there and spotted us immediately. The ticket counters were down because of computer issues so he gave us a fabulous starter tour .... then used his experience and relationships to get tickets ahead of the crowds and then the real, full on tour began, and WOW! We've hired very good guides in the past but Matt is in the elite category of guides. He was SO relational, experienced and was steeped in history and the minutia of the castle. Amazing! AND, he has a great voice. With all the ambient noise he was easy to hear. I have serious hearing gloss but with Matt I didn't miss a word. Can't say enough good things. A+++++
