I was full of anticipation because the website and Instagram made me very curious about what it would be like. And my high expectations were completely exceeded! I was the only tourist there and was able to immerse myself in a new world. The family and all the neighbors were incredibly hospitable. The hike in the region of Sakila Mountain together with Janeth was fantastic. If I find a cow back home, I will show off my learned cow-milking skills :D The Kisanga Homestay is perfectly located between Arusha and Moshi. On the day of departure, I visited Ngurdoto Crater and then continued my journey toward Arusha to prepare for my safari to Tarangire and Serengeti the next day.
Thank you for your wonderful review! It shouldn’t be too difficult to find a cow in Switzerland to further refine your newly learned cow-milking skills. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the warm hospitality of the family and neighbors, as well as the hike in the Sakila Mountain region. We hope your safari in Tarangire and Serengeti was just as unforgettable!
