We should have extended our three day to a four day Safari. We visited Serengeti and Ngorongoro, we did a sunset safari, a sunrise safari and an all day at Serengeti national Park. It’s just amazing to see these animals in the wild. From the moment we were picked up for transfers it was a 10/10 experience - all staff were so friendly, the tents were well equipped and a great experience, the camps were wholesome, the food was delicious and the safari's were just the best experience ever! I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone!
Key to our success was Frezier’s flexibility and ability to transform our wishlist into a perfect itinerary. Everything was prepared ahead of time and waiting for us, and we got to see big 5, and all the animals up close in Tarangire. Ngorongoro has hippos and rhinos which are more reclusive and keep their distance; probably a good thing as they are aggressive and territorial. Food was tasty, accommodations were a tent in Tarangire and luxurious villa in Mochi on the slopes of Kilimanjaro. My family made lifetime memories and Pinnacle were courteous, professional, and offered us things beyond our original booking and wishlist that surprised and delighted us.

This adventures were absolutely fantastic!! perfect customer service in the office, good car, we saw every animal possible, all great 5 in a wild!! Our guide Joshya he knew about animals EVERYTHING! thanks to Joshya we could see animals very close!!The camps inside the national parks also were super good in the middle of savanna where right next to your tent walking giraffes and giggling hyenas. Thank you so much to all company Pinnacle Adventures!!
Hi Dimitr, We are so glad that we were able to provide you with the best experience in Tanzania; Thank you so much for choosing us and just like we talked about welcome back and we will be so happy to have you next time for Kilimanjaro. Cheers Bro!
They partner with Dream World Travel (the company I booked my safari with) and they exceeded my expectations. We had a small group (only 3 singles on my safari) with one older gentleman that should have had a traveling companion with him, due to his age. He was constantly forgetting things, and telling (yelling) at our guide, telling him where to stop for pictures, etc. Our guide Idrisa was patient and professional with him the whole trip. Idrisa was the best guide ever! Funny, informative, and just 'cool', I had a great time with him. When my trip was over, I booked a few days on Pemba Island, finishing my safari time with Pinnacle Adventures, or so I thought! When I landed in Dar es Salaam, I was (surprisingly) met by Pinnacle Adventure Receptionist at the airport, so I could stay in the hotel they booked for me, and in air conditioning. This level of customer service is beyond the best!
Tricia, Hi! You are missed a lot :) and on behalf of the Pinnacle team, I would like to thank you a lot for a great review... You Guys had a lot of fun we could tell by your smiles after safari and Zanzibar. Kindly welcome back for KILIMANJARO next time =D... Hakuna Matata
My girlfriend wanted to visit the wildlife reserves in Tanzania, I did not know where to start so I reached out to a friend, Joe, who had just visited Tanzania with a group of friends; he linked me up with Frazier from Pinnancle Adventures. All I have to say is the rest was history...a well planned and organised trip, no amount of words will do my experience justice. I will certainly go back for me.
It was an absolute pleasure to make your visit to our beautiful Country unforgettable. Cheers Lloyd
A hundred words wont be enough to express the beauty of Tanzania. My friends and i from Birmingham decided to visit Tanzania for holiday vacation, we had no Idea what exactly we wanted but my cousin who lives in Berlin was in Tanzania Few years ago and he reccommended Frazier. I had a very good coversation with Frazier and he really helped us to plan our itinerary for all the days we wanted to stay in Tanzania. Although our days were really limited Frazier and his team really tried the best to give us a test of almost everything in Moshi and Arusha. From Airport pick-up to next day's Maasai cultural tour, then we did Kilimanjaro hiking for a day to Mandara huts and back, before our 3 days safari. Our Guide Abdul a.k.a Babu (mean grandpa in swahili) was amazing. He was very detailed to every question we asked! Whether about wild animals, birds, and the Maasais in Ngorongoro. The camp was good, the chef was superb, the fruits were really testy. Shortly everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Pinnacle for Tanzania Safari and Kilimanjaro.
Hi Willie, We are so glad that you had the best of Tanzania and you enjoyed it. It's such a pleasure that we were at your service and we enjoyed it together with you. Please welcome back next time. Cheers
