Overall the whole excursion trips was a memorable one , from beginning to the end, professionally organized and worth every cents spent. I highly recommended for anyone for Tanzanian safari with Brian , he is such a nice and accommodating person . Bravo Brian , looking forward for my next trip with my family again. This was my first experience going on safari we didn’t know what to expect but I was really glad we booked with them. Everything was great from the transportation food to the price. We also did the coffee tour waterfall and spring with them and the guide Benson was really nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to book with them
My overall rating is good. I'm taking away one star for the way the attraction started and imprecise instructions before departure. The hotel pickup was chaotic, I almost went on another safari but eventually explained that I was going to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Drivers and cars were changing and I finally reached the place where Emanuel, the pilot and the safari driver, were waiting for me. I joined a group that started the safari two days earlier and at the beginning they were clearly favored but later I talked to Emanuel and knew what the plan was. The car ride, food and accommodation in the tent were ok, but there was no pillow, which the guy at the safari office told me about. If I had known there would be no pillow, I would have taken my own. Before leaving, he told me to do some shopping, and there were shops, so there was no point in carrying everything with me. Overall rating 4/5.
Hi! Damian sorry for the confusion on your pickup it must a misunderstanding from the driver who transferred you. About the pillow we mostly offer a pillow and sleeping bag but for your case it must been forgotten which we really apologize for. About shopping we mostly recommend clients to buy stuff from Arusha town since you might not get what you want from the park within the store.
Well, I felt like this company provided excellent service. The food was great and the drivers were very helpful. Everything was well organized and I would recommend them.
We booked the safari beforehand and our contact in Tanzania, Brian, was extremely helpful and professional. Once there the pick up was directly at the hotel Aquiline. Our guide, Dula, was amazing. He made the full experience cheerful but also interesting as he described us all about wildlife in Tanzania, animals and nature. He was constantly in contact with other guides to make sure we could see as much as possible during the 3 days. In fact, we managed to see all the big 5 and many other animals (unfortunately I am a very bad photographer). The accomodation in camp sites made the experience even better as we had the chance to socialise and exchange experiences with other participants. Meals were abundant and prepared fresh everyday by the company chef who travelled with us. We strongly recommend this safari, it is definitely worthed in all its aspects.
