Pick the right time of year to go. We needed more time

We went in the middle of October, 2025, and the days are shorter so you have less free time. All of our walking tours started at 10 am or 10:30 am rather than 8 am as stated in their itinerary. It was a very fast trip and suggested they change it to 4 days.
