The trip was organized in detail from Fatima. The guide Sameh is very kind and very prepared, speaks good Italian. The drivers were nice and helpful, safe driving, the cars are nice and comfortable. The food served in the ship was great and the welcome very friendly. A very beautiful experience that I will carry in my heart for life.
Great tour from start to finish everything was well coordinated with friendly and helpful guides. Habeeba who informed us about pick times and who we would be meeting was really efficient. Kamalito who brought us to Giza station was very chatty and outgoing. Hassan who we met in Luxor was also really friendly and was a great guide as to offering advice to further tours in Luxor. Adel who was our guide for the day in Luxor was very knowledgeable and really interesting he had so much to offer and was really friendly

Our stay at Luxor was amazing! Our tour coordinator at Luxor, Hassan was very nice. Samah, our tour guide for all 3 days of our stay was extremely helpful. She is accommodating, respectful and quite knowledgeable. She made every effort to make our dream come true. Our driver for the last day - Mahmoud was quite a gentleman. He drove us around on the last day and then to Hurghada for 3.5 hours. It was just 2 of us women traveling and Mahmoud made us feel safe. His car was clean, had Wi-Fi and the journey was very pleasant (A/C in the burning heat of September was much needed and appreciated) . He even waited until we checked into the hotel at Hurghada and we felt comfortable before he headed back to Luxor. Overall 5 stars for Sun Pyraminds. I’d recommend them to anyone traveling to Egypt
